Super unprofessional.. Started helping me only to walk away and have me sitting here waiting while they gossip about other guest's purchases and financial decisions. He was walking around carrying my grandmother's death certificate chit chatting with all kinds of random people.

I loved that they'd call me Mr. Gamboa as soon as they saw me come in. That's my last name. Very professional and they didn't care in what shape I was in. Dirty or smelly they still called me by my last name.

I sure am glad this place is right off the freeway, and they have an ATM outside. I just wish that they were open on Saturday's for banking needs. Oh well, maybe when all this is over, they will open up on Saturday for banking needs

My money got stuck in a atm late at night and the bank told me I had to wait 10 days for a investigation like why? I asked a sheriff deputy and they stated they couldn't do anything they need to fix there atm ASAP. !!

This is a very convenient bank branch for me. I'm in Hacienda Heights so I can go to Rowland Heights, Santa Fe Springs and on occasion La Habra. This branch is very small, the most people working here, that I've seen is 4. So with that being said...why can everyone be a bit friendlier. Usually, it's business first, which is great, you work in a bank but come on, you have to recognize return customers. The bank still deserves 5 stars.On the positive side, there is never a long wait. Super nice inside and out and having a Starbucks in the same lot is another plus.

2nd time used ATM at Arcadia branch and lost my deposit. They have 3 options when depositing cash, check or check/cash. I had check and cash so tried the deposit with check and cash. All bad, took my check and cash on a Friday was not able to resolve until Monday. I called customer service immediately, did a claim and requested a technician to check the ATM. My claim wasn't initiated or recorded and no repair done to the ATM machine or even checked by a technician. I couldn't resolve Saturday branch closed due to COVID-19. Monday, I called the branch and was told no deposit was done and they do not have my check or cash deposit totaling 1,000 dollars. I called customer service and again did a claim and was informed of the bank saying they didn't get the check and money most likely I will not be covered and nothing they can do it's a branch issue. I relayed 2nd time that's occurred that ATM need to be serviced since client just chooses the options offered at the time of deposit. After back and forth with the branch, finally found my money and check and was relayed to me I should have deposited separate transactions 1 for check and 1 for the cash. I assured them I would have had there not been another option for both check and cash deposit. The response, that option doesn't work . I requested that option be removed from the ATM to avoid this happening to another client. My previous incident was all cash and even though within the limit the bills got jammed. Although, I made a 1,500 cash deposit when they finally found my deposit they reported 1,400 and never got the dollars back . It was my loss and their gain .

poor service! 3 employees in the front desk huddled up around a computer screen helping one person... they do not respect the 6 foot distancing, the sad part is they can make plenty improvements to help the customers at least 2 at a time with respected covid requirments. The effort and thought the Managment team put into affect for this is sad, been in my trusted chase bank and thei ristrictions and regulations are awesome! instead i get only 1 customer at a time, jeeze. the area where they attend you is spacish!5/14/2020 3:30pm
