This bank is the worst!!!!Twenty people in line and only one teller.Mind you, five employees trying to open up new accounts. Do yourselves a favor and look for a credit union, I sure am!

Yelp really needs to start updating the star rating to have negative markings, because this place would be at least consistent with that.What type of business reads these and chooses to continually suck at what they do?15-20 guests, 2 tellers, with another 3 standing at the desk acting like they want to help the next guest.... but dont.I would love to see how they could reduce what ended up being a 25min wait.

I had not been to this branch since I had worked at this branch as that was many moons ago. I just went in for a quick deposit that had to be done for work. As I walked in I was greeted by two gentlemen and asked my reason for the visit. They then proceeded to tell me they could help me, so I gave one of the gentlemen the check and the transaction went very quickly and smoothly. Come to find out it was the manager that helped with my transaction. He was very polite and helpful! All in all a fairly quick and painless trip for being a Friday!

You can sense every customers frustrations here from the long terrible wait time. I'm running errands for my parents & myself so I had to stop here unfortunately knowing how bad it is. I Usually go to Eastland center b of a that one's just as bad but this one takes the cake.. everyone has places to go business matters to take care of not stand around here waiting with 20+ extra customers with 1 or 2 tellers working the window

Use a regional bank. The big banks no longer care about there there customers. All about profit. High minimums for accounts, no tellers, long wait at bank. Decided to close my account. Big branch. One teller, long line, long wait. Got to the teller and asked to close my account. He said he could not close the account. (really). I must call the close your account line. Went back to my office and was put on hold for approximately 1 hour. (no lie). Then a high pressure sales person got on the line to try and change my mind. (why are you closing your account?, Anything I can do you changer your mind.) NO. (Ok I'll have to put you back on hold until you give up or change your mind). Go somewhere else.

New account holder here. I was stuck in line for about a half hour today. 15 people lined up behind me at one point, and ONE teller was all they had to process these customers. HORRIBLE staffing problems here. Can management not SEE that folks are waiting and waiting to get service???

This location has some serious issues, the management is extremely poorly trained and the tellers are beyond rude and unprofessional. if you dare to visit this branch, expect to wait an unbelievable amount of time for only a couple of customers in line the tellers have a system in place where they work extremely slow and therefore create an environment where less people will come do business there hence they eventually do nothing at work. The root of the problem is, Bank of America pays these people minimum wage, and they in return provide a poor customer service experience

Wait time is long. They average about 8 to 10 minutes for person. Location is nice but they need to hire more people. Lines go up to the entrance. Ya

Horrible lines. Great customer service when you finally get to the front. It is ridiculous to say the least. Every other branch is closed but this branch making it a very un safe place for COVID to linger and spread. Great job Bank of America way to stick it to the people.
