I was putting gas after driving all day, and I had to use the restroom. They say it was out of service. Terrible customer service.

I come here once a week and pay with card therefore I’ve never interacted with workers. Today 9/21/23 at 9:30PM I was having issues with the pump and tried it twice when I suddenly hear someone aggressively yelling, “PUT IT BACK” confused I asked what?? And she says “PUT IT BACK” and I was so confused then mumbled stuff but I couldn’t hear because I was far away. Then some guy waiting in line to pay for gas I guess comes up to me and apologizes and says I’m sorry I don’t know why she talked to you like that there was no need. I was so shocked and confused and felt very embarrassed because there was people around. I would’ve understood if there was a paper or if she would’ve asked me politely but the way she yelled at me was very uncalled for. I was so shaken by this.

They recently did a remodel and the new station looks nice. The windshield wipers are broken so that's one problem. Gas is the cheapest you'll find in the area. 4 Stars also cause you won't find fountain drinks here. Air and water works. Nice new interior but like I said, sadly no fountain drinks or restroom.

It was Christmas eve. I needed to get a bunch of lottery scratchers for last minute gifts. The young man working was very patient helping me pick a variety scratcher denominations while still assisting other customers. ??

Used to be one of the BEST prices in the area.However, it is sad that this place is NOT offering this price advantage lately.Nonetheless, this place STILL continues its friendly service and clean place.Hope this place will OFFER BEST PRICE AGAIN soon. (Right now Walmart gas station offers the BEST price !)

Cheapest gas around. Restroom permanently closed. They went so far as to remove the door handle, put a new employee lock on it then hang an employees only sign on it. Unacceptable. What happened to service at a service station?

This place steals your credit card info. I used to come here when it was still a Mobil 1. I have one CC designated for gas purchases. My card started getting used in random places I've never been to. So I closed the account and reported the incident. The bank asked me if I had been using my card in any new or unusual places. That Mobil 1 was the only place I could think of. So I stopped going there.A while later, the Mobil 1 converts over to a new Arco. Cheap gas! Great! Been going there for maybe a year or so. Same story. One card for all my gas purchases. The Arco slowly becomes the only gas station I go to. Same deal, card starts getting unusual activity. Large purchases at places I've never been to. Reported and accounts closed.Yeah, avoid this place.
