Quality of the sofa manufactured by American Eagle Furniture (purchased from NY Furniture Outlets) is far below anyone's expectations! So the service from the manufacturer.Some legs are not vertical and some even don't reach the floor! Locking mechanism doesn't hold two parts together, one side pillow's mechanism is defective. All those defects I reported on the day of delivery, in April 2022. I have a technician's report saying that defects are manufactured. One of the crooked legs damaged the frame with time.The manufacturer doesn't want to take responsibility for this awful quality. He was "evaluating" my claim for months, trying to pull time.The last response from the store was:"It was concluded that since no damage was noted on the drivers delivery receipt, we have no way of knowing the reason for the issues you reported.Even though the repair technician stated that the item was defective, the manufacturer provided proof that stated the items were inspected before they left their warehouse and found it to be in perfect condition.The manufacturer advised that all their items pass a rigorous quality check before transit, that is performed by a few different departments, to ensure that the pieces are in perfect condition."So, despite the report and claim with photo from the first day, manufacture's word that the sofa left his factory having incredible quality, is more credible than the reality.Another fun fact: the manufacturer sent us a replacement leg (one, while I reported two floating in the air) even shorter than what we have! (as if they could be installed perpendicular to the sofa, but no, these round legs can't do that - confirmed by the technician). Demonstrates, that American Eagle Furniture is not able and is not willing to provide a real service and a furniture of even the lowest acceptable level.Paying $4,500 for a sofa with crooked legs, 10 months of stressful interactions and nothing resolved? This is what we got from this indecent garbage producer.

Bought this dining set on one of their store and not even a year yet chairs have cracks already aside from the fact that this set is just for show and never been used. Too bad I need to put a star even thou they don't deserve any
