Amazing customer service! I was in the market for a mister fan that was portable enough to take to the beach (where there are no plugs or faucets) for long days of beach volleyball. I wanted to make sure that I had the right product for the job, and Manny answered all of my questions very promptly! I am incredibly excited to try it out!

We have a b16 stand dryer for pets, but through normal wear and tear the stand broke beyond repair. Manny was so helpful in parting everything out for us to build a new stand and making sure we got the package in a timely manner.

Great company with great products. If you ever need customer service fpr something, you'll be happy you went with these guys. I needed a replacement part, Manny called me directly (hardly see that anymore) assessed the problem and within 3 days I had what I need on my doorstep. Thanks guys for being so easy to work with and so helpful. Oh - and the blower quality is good too.

100% FRAUD. Do not do business with them. They manufacture poor quality equipment, promise refunds that they fail to send. Their subpar equipment breaks within 2-3 jobs. Completely worthless. Stay away! I bought 4 dehumidifier from them. They all have error codes.

This company is a fraud. They lie about the quality of their machines, they promise refunds that are never delivered and their 4 dehumidifiers all have error codes. When they agreed to refund me for one of them they stopped payment on the check and kept the dehumidifier. Definitely don't work with this company.
