Terrible customer service, poor quality of products, I have been online for 28 minutes since the employee answered me. It is 5:19 on 04/20/23 and he left me on hold for 37 minutes waiting, I better hang up.

Order dining room furniture only for it to not arrive when promised and go on back order and back order and back order. Finally they get it to me. Thank God I was home because I had no warning except for 10 minutes that they were on their way. Well this white glove delivery that I paid for, they needed to borrow my screwdrivers, two of the chairs were broken. There were pieces of wood in the box so they said they would not leave them. One of the side chairs they didn't even attach the seat to it they just placed it there and I didn't notice until later. The china cabinet doesn't match. The top half is yellow and it's supposed to be pearl white. Four of the side chairs are yellow not pearl white. Not sure what the two broken ones were but I'm assuming they were probably also yellow. The armchairs are pearl white but the white glove people gave each front leg a yellow leg. So there's one white leg and one yellow leg in the front of each armchair. How lovely is that? So the company that I ordered from is waiting to hear back from Acme about what to do and in the meantime I'm missing two of the chairs and the set looks like crap because half of it is yellow and the other half is pearl white. I would rather just get my money back and have them take the whole thing away.

I admit, ACME has unique line of furniture but quality is far from it. I don't recommend this company for several reasons: purchased a complete set of dining room table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, 2 living room chairs recently. I sat on a chair and felt as if I am sitting on a concrete, no cushion, no comfort whatsoever. I tried the sofas, same experience just awful. One of the side chairs arrived with broken leg and it was hallow??? Made out of PVC not wood?? Are you serious? I paid over $8000 for junk??!! The company who sold it online wanted to charge me 15% restocking fee for returning them plus return shipping. Just awful experience. Word of advice, you don't get for what you pay for in this case with ACME furniture company.
