I visited this store with zero knowledge about karaoke systems. The salesman was incredibly friendly and provided honest recommendations, ultimately we got a great deal on a BMB system.

My husband and I are looking to a pair of speakers for our karaoke system. The sales at the shop was very professional and patient with us. We brought our machine and he didn't hesitate to help us to hook it up to their speakers. We wanted to make sure the speakers are compatible with our machine. He was very honest and didn't pressure us to buy the expensive speakers.

Great service, and great selection of products! I came here because I've been wanting to add karaoke to my home theater system for a while now. The rep that helped I believe his name was "Phil" was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I explained how I wanted to do YouTube karaoke, and he gave me several options.In the end I ended up going with the least expensive option which was to chain a HDMI mixer between my smart Tv, and receiver. However Phil advised against it due to the lack of sound quality, and he was %100 right! It sounded awful, and I experienced a very noticeable delay! Also I must note that I purchased the HDMI mixer from Amazon, and not Ace. In the end I will be going with Yamaha PA system that Phil recommend as one of my options!

4.5 ? Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Well stocked. The building sits back from the street w/the parking lot in front which makes it a little hard to see since there's no sign on the building itself (only a small sign on the door).

MUSIC VIDEOS KARAOKE FTW I got my first karaoke machine here in 2016 and then upgraded 3 years later when I went to go update my song list and they said they no longer sold my model and couldn't update (sucky). They gave me $300 credit for trade in. Now 2 years later that machine started having issues and freezing on me so I went in to get it fixed and upgraded AGAIN because they said 1. I needed more space to add more songs (or I had to delete songs) and 2. they would give me credit for trade in (sounds like bait and switch huh). But this time they said I can now update my song list from a cloud and now I can play songs off their YouTube (just music lyrics not the actual music video). Basically this is a computer that they added all the bootleg songs lol. PROS 1. They have ALL the jams! Like old school r&b, rap songs like Tupac and Bone Thugs and of course all the newest songs in their ACTUAL MUSIC VIDEO by the artist! 2. The YouTube search for songs is cool because you can find songs you'd never get at a noraebang. 3. The staff here are nice and knowledgeable on equipment and technology. CONS 1. Pricier than other places. But you get what you pay for which is the music video karaoke. 2. Feels like a scam lol why is their equipment breaking down only after 2 years? I went to a Korean karaoke store and it cost $700 for their system (mainly Korean songs, then English and sprinkle of Japanese/Chinese) and 2 mics and song book. ACE karaoke systems are like $700-$1000+ with mics and NO songbook (you get a keyboard instead to search for song). With their mixer and amp we paid $2400! I'm going to sing on it for a few weeks and I'll let you know in an update if I think it's worth that high price tag.

Very time consuming to get an expert to help you and show you what you’re looking for. Product was useless when purchased. They’ve slowed down throughout the years I guess because even the inventory is lower now. Less products. Maybe online is better.

Don't bother come to this place for your karaoke machine. They rip you off by selling you an expensive machine loaded with old songs and charge you a premium annual fee to update songs. I will not recommend my friends or anyone to shop here.

There is a lady that works the desk who is awesome but the company itself doesn't seem to care about customer service. When you walk in there is only one person helping and employees coming in from lunch or whatever just pass by the customers without even trying to offer help.
