Placed an order about a week ago haven’t received any confirmation email or shipping. Reached out them to email says email is not working and re routing but hasn’t been any update. I think this is a scan fake site do not purchase here. I am going to report the transaction to my bank. This is as of today 4/19/23

the janitorial Dept always tries to maintain it clean and buses connect to other lines easy to catch your next bus . plan you're trips ahead and know the times schedule, so you won't miss your bus

I never expected Accessory Geeks to be on Yelp, but here we are. I've purchased from them over the years and never had a problem they didn't fix quickly. I always got a response if I asked questions. The pricing has always been good and I got what I paid for. That's not to say their products are the best of the best, but they aren't charging you best of the best prices either. Why pay more at Best Buy? I had been using Amazon a lot, but lately Amazon service has been spotty. I understand Covid 19 is an issue, but now they're making it needlessly difficult to get refunds. So I'm back to use Accessory Geeks again. One problem, their website is down. After all these years, has Covid 19 been the thing that finished them off? I don't know. I'll keep trying, but in the meantime I thought I'd give them 5 stars. And if they are gone, good luck to everyone that was there!

Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 phone cases on Sept 2nd, 2020 and after a week I decided to call and check on the status. No response so I left a message then sent an email to inquire of my package. No response to the email either. As of today it's been 2 weeks and 2 days and after 4 calls/ voicemails & several emails there's still no response. Terrible customer service, I can't see how they treat customers like this and still stay in business. To me, no response means - I don't care about you, we don't even care if you purchase our product, why don't go somewhere else and purchase from them. This is what no response means. As a member of the military, I learned respect is earned through hard work and service. This means Accessory Geeks doesn't respect their customers. Shame on them!!

ordered an item, waited for a delivery status email for 2 weeks, sent multiple emails to get an update, finally said my item was discontinued and a refund will be processed. I've been waiting for a month now for a refund and they still haven't replied to any of my emails regarding my refund.

I have purchased protective cases for my iphone 6s from them in the past. Twice they sent the incorrect case and I had to contact them in order to receive the correct item. Again I ordered a case and received an incorrect case. I have emailed twice and just receive a standard acknowledgement of my "order". I have repeatedly attempted to call during their posted business hours and am met with a busy signal each time. Very poor customer service and unable to get an order right the first time. I will not place an order with them again.
