Useless , no help. Messed up my account, had to close and start over, now I cannot make a payment on that old account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to pay in store, they would not let me ;-0Said I have to call.I have spent hours on the phone and on hold and transferred to a recording that is useless multiple times................ HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE A PAYMENT!!!

I normally don't do reviews on yelp, but I felt I needed to with this place. I've never been to an Xfinity store and been given so much runaround as I have with this particular store. Bought new phones, was told that they would send the old phones for trade in value. (My mistake was believing they knew what they were doing and I didn't get a receipt-my mistake). Turns out it was a BIG mistake-long story short, phones were "lost"and I never got my trade in value. I returned several times only to be told that it was being looked in to and was promised that I would be notified with ANY information. Well, never was notified at all and when I asked to speak to a manager, was told he would get back to me. Guess what? HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME!! I finally just gave up. Never will I ever return to this store for sure. Moral of this story either do your own trade in or get a receipt! I lost out and hope no one else does..

If I could do no stars I would. I moved and transferred my WiFi. When I got to the new house it wasn't working so I had to come back to the store. Representative Tom is very rude and not willing to help at all. He was running to the back room and I'm assuming telling workers not to help me. I finally got someone to help me with my question but he was walking away that person and saying that he can't help me with anything and I have to do is call. I asked the worker to call with me and Tom said "can't do that". He was laughing the entire time and just wanted me to leave. He told me that I will not have WiFi for couple days I was very upset because I work from home and I need my WiFi working. I had another worker help me and my WiFi started working. Also, I wanted to make some changes to my mom's account which I'm an authorized user on. Tom told me that I'm not allowed to do anything because I'm not authorized to. The next day I called customer service and I was able to do everything that I wanted to and I am an authorized user. Moral of the story is don't waste your time, gas, money and most importantly nerves on this location. I definitely think that management should consider firing Tom because we don't know how many people he already brushed off and how much business you have lost from him. From his perspective you can't do anything at this location you have to call customer service so my question still stands unanswered what is the point of this location if I can't even access an account that I'm an authorized user on.

Mgr. Running store doing the process wrong. Having people waste their tim, money gas, etc to return a box that wsd in kothers name for me to get service in.my name according to internet essentials when i cslled them. Terrible!!!!

The peopl/kids that work there are NOT helpful at all!! I was double charged the they refuse to refund or credit my account. No customer service what so ever!

Jaden was the best sales rep!! Very personable and helpful. Was so easy to get our new Wi-Fi and internet purchased. The entire store has great staff and good energy. Promote that guy to store manager!

If I could put no stars I would .rude and unhelpful made me pay the bill only to say they didn't receive it then I came beck it all my receipts and they still did not refund me my money I am on hold now for 2hours and I'm going to just discontinue and go to the better business and make a complaint and talk to my lawyer I say who ever went through this like I did need to do the same to put a stop to this company's scamming everyone seem like them and t mobile want to just scam ppl out of there money and be rude about to you to . There is no costumer service and wen you do get some one they just hang up on you or put you on hold until you give up or it gets disconnected.

I love the service. However I can never reach a representative. What a waist of my time. I am absolutely livid about this. I'm going to have to go down to the store. Why don't you, meaning Xfinity make it a bit easier to get a hold of somebody? Before I lose it. I'm so upset and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I'm happy with the customer service we received from Jamie. We signed up for internet and cable. Jamie was transparent about the cost and commitment of services. We also called later that afternoon with follow up questions and she answered them promptly. Thank you.

I had a great experience at the Citrus Heights Xfinity Store.It did take a few visits but I did get updated equipment and good customer service there. Thanks to Majia Vang!!! She was outstanding, answered all my questions and didn't give up on me. She is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. She was sooo patient. Xfinity is lucky to have her there, what aSTAR!!!! I also appreciate Louis who came out to my home and updated all myold cable connectors. He was smart , patient and had everything fixed in no time.Great Team. Thanks again!!!

Worst customer service. I have horrible internet. All they want to do is up my bill . I have gotten the runaround for the last two weeks . One agent told me to go into a Xfinity store to pick up the extender pods. I waited over a hour and I was told by them I have to call the Xfinity. Then I came home and was on the phone for 2 hours . The agents kept telling me to go to the store and pick them up . I had to explain what happens numerous times. Then I was told by a manger he will send them out . Guess what never received them. Again I was on the phone today for over a hour. Nothing was resolved, I was told a manager will get back to me . So we shall see. Not holding my breath.

I went in feeling disappointed with Xfinity because our internet had been slow and I was considering switching but wanted to give it one last try by upgrading. Tom Nguyen helped us out and he was amazing. He Took care of us quickly, sold us on some services we weren't even shopping for that day, and got us a great deal. Our internet works so good now I'm so glad we went in and talked to him. Everyone else at the store were friendly and welcoming as well. Their hospitality absolutely helped keep us on as Xfinity customers.
