I strongly recommend that you do not use this firm for your taxes. They took 150.00 from me and never filed my taxes. When I inquired about the status of my return I didn't get an answer. They have ceased all communications.

BQ Tax sucks, took them 5 months to get my return done even though I turned in my documents before tax day. Continuously got the run around about when it would be completed. Everything was so delayed with them. Also got charged more than what I initially was told I would be charged. They were very unprofessional and not kind at all.

This place has actual pros and will do your taxes right. It's important to read the engagement letter as they will file an extension if you don't meet the paperwork deadlines. They're professional and affordable.

Fred Stein said he filed an extension on our taxes. We did not consent to this extension. When we went to the office to pick up our paperwork there was not a copy of the extension attached to our paperwork. When we requested one, Fred said he didn't have it. We requested proof of the extension in some form. Fred then yelled at me, swore at me then said if I didn't leave the office he would call the police. This is a new company that took over my old tax company. I can not believe the unprofessional and disrespect he has shown. I'm literally shocked!
