PLAN ON WAITING IN LINE FOR OVER 25 MINUTES EVERY TIME. They are understaffed at all times. Usually only 2-3 tellers and line out to door. Doesn't matter what day or time you come. The last time I went, they were closed at 4pm but hours say until 5pm. I saw manager inside and he came to door and told me they had to close early because they didn't have enough staff!!!! What in the hell. How can a giant bank like you not hire enough staff??? It's not that hard. Lots of people are looking for work now a days. I closed my accounts. The only reason I go here now is because it is how my landlord wants me to pay my rent. Otherwise I would never go in. I also got there one day 3 minutes to open. There was a line outside waiting and employee came to door and mouthed "We are not open yet." Then didn't come back to let us in until 5 minutes after open time. While we could watch them talking inside to each other literally doing nothing. Incredibly rude.

Went in on Tuesday afternoon. One teller! Four customers in line in front of me. More customers kept showing up behind me. Lots of other employees visible in the branch, they just couldn’t be bothered with helping out. They were not helping anyone. When Loomis showed up, employees were available to help, even though I heard one say it was terrible timing so it’s not like they weren’t helping at teller windows before that because they were waiting for Loomis. When I finally got to the teller window after 15 minutes (at least), she said she didn’t have the ability to close my business checking account! What? I could wait another 20-30 minutes for the business banker. I didn’t have the time to wait. Amazing. Only one person in the branch can close my account! What a scam. This is why people don’t like Wells Fargo. I would recommend finding a different bank.

Went in on a Tuesday at 11Am and there was legitimately 12 if not more people in line. The tellers move at a snails pace, what a disappointment. I went to a different Wells Fargo location. This place is pathetic.

Worst wait line.Why do you guys have only 2 windows open on weekends, when you have 20 people in line. I would put 0 starts, but there is no options for that. Change ur Manager this location.

I went there on a Saturday, and it wasn't busy at all. The line went really quick. Friendly customer service that were polite and knowledgeable. I had a really good experience while I was there.

Do not bank with Wells Fargo. I had fraud happen on my new credit card account and after two months the bank has charged me after the fraud and still will not resolve. Trust any other bank with your money.

It’s kind of incredible how terrible it is here considering that what they’re holding is your money. There are literally 13 customers on line & 2 people helping us at 2:30pm the day after a bank holiday. There are 4-5 other employees milling around. Two employees are behind the tellers chatting with each other and looking at the line.

Walked in to open an estate acct. Was told to make an appt. online. Well I tried and nothing was available. Ended up making an appt. for the next morning at a different WF location. I will not ever go back to this WF on Sunrise.

This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! Every single time I come there’s a line and only 1 or 2 people working the line. It’s ridiculous and they know they are a busy branch. When your line is going out of the door that’s a problem. Why have so many teller windows if you’re only going to open one or two windows???

I have called over a dozen times trying to speak to a banker and have never gotten someone to speak to. The message says they are busy and to go online. I even called while standing in the bank (which was not busy to say the least, and to see why they don't answer) and I still got the same message, that they are to busy to answer the phone. They use to have good customer service but it seems to be a thing of the pass.

There is a bit of wait time,It depends on the time during the day . IT usually starts to get busy around lunchtime and close to closely if you want to go inside but the people are friendly

This teller needs to work on her customer service, she was talking like the way she is a big boss ans I’m her slave. Idk but I felt bad the way she treated me. Tellers should be friendly.

Just went to this location to get a new card. They only had one floor banker and he refused to help me. Said he has a meeting in 15 minutes and does not have any availability for today. Worst customer service. Said they no longer pervade temporary cards. So I went to another location and they gave me one....? yea buddy this is what lazy looks like

Horrible wait times and service. 1 banker...Ceasar. Not helpful at all. They will take your money, but they sure don't want to you to get it out.
