If you can get there early great, self check out not open yet until maybe 730 am. Customer service is ok if you can get help . But it's walmart so you already know. So far this store is ok

By far today has to have been the worst experience I’ve had a Walmart in my life. Pretty much everything in the store is locked up. I would assume it is probably easier to shop in a prison. I ultimately did not buy anything by the time I got to the 5th item that was locked up and had to be walked to some random register which I was obligated to find when I was done shopping. Grabbing a few household items and toiletries should never be this complicated. Why does it require an act of congress to purchases a bar of soap. I spoke to the front end manager Katherine and she advised that she receives complaints daily about this major inconvenience. Whomever is in charge of these decisions; do better!!

Quick experience this time. In and out. The items I was looking for were in stock ? Pickup from assigned parking space was quick and easy as well :)

Terrible service. I couldn’t find my receipt but then husband saw I left it at home and sent it by message. He would not receive it since it was a screenshot even though I had the return card present. He was rude in the way he spoke with “I could care less attitude.” At then end told me to not come back then turned around to publicly complain to a coworker. I guess he gets kicks arguing with a customer rather than solving a problem.
Customer service has died at Walmart.

Regardless, I will give this store 5 stars to be here. Convenient, close, on foot, and bread, and to bread. By the way, their long loaves of bread baked by them for $1 are very, very tasty, as if in my Ukraine. Blessings

i waited 26 minutes for someone to unlock the flea medicine for my dog. i ask several employees who walked by if they could radio for some one to come help me. every promise to send sone one but only 26 minutes later someone finally came.

I bought cricut air 2, and it is used and returned one. When I opened the box everything was opened. And clearly, it looks like someone used it for their use and returned it before expires.. Manuel wrap is ripped open. All the cord is tangled/ not organized. And it is missing the grip mat and fine point pen that supposed to come with!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, there is a sticky residue on cricut. I don't care if Walmart try to trick customers and sell used returned one as new without discount or notice. At least try to make it look like a new. Don't they supposed to check quality when people return items? I don't expect much from Walmart but this is very disappointing!!!!! I'm returning this!!!!!

Customer service money center Hours are Too short . I showed up at 7:01 and was turned away because they closed at 7pm. Other Walmart stores close at 8 . Why do they close so early . To top it off, the manager lady was really rude about it !

Was a little disappointed in the friendly ness i was ask to leave the employee break room i figured after shopping for a hour then checking my self out then bagging i needed a break so i headed to employee break room were i thought i did a 2hr of work i needed a break then go back to work ?
