Craig is super helpful, friendly, and provided top notch customer service. I work late and was able to make it 5 min before close to drop my trade-in off. Turns out the Verizon app chat bot messed up the trade-in and he was able to quickly resolve the issue despite being a few min past 7pm! Thank you!!

Love this store, and its staff are a credit to the company name. Braxton was incredibly helpful in setting our phones up and is providing us with future assistance should we require it.
