Awful experience at this location. Went here to purchase a new SIM card and end up with enrollment at Verizon Home device protect plan (for $ 25 monthly ) through Asurion insurance company. We didn’t ask to enroll us in any other plans especially that one but the sales person did it without our permission and our knowledge. So, I had to resolve this issue with Asurion costumer service because Verizon consultant activated that insurance using my information without my permission and even hadn’t informed me about that. I figured that out just after I’ve received an email confirmation from Asurion company that said I was enrolled at Verizon home device protect after my last visit to Verizon store. So, be careful and try do not go there!!!

This is not a corporate store, but an independent one. They screwed up my account and were “unable to do anything” because they aren’t a corporate store. Just go to a corporately owned store, not a Vicra store.
