fixed a mistake by these guys who had changed the address for the client and the client never received the money or NOA. It took a phone call to CRA to fix it with the client waiting in the office after hours for 3hrs. The client was not impressed the tax prep place changed the address to theirs, CRA was also shocked that happened. CRA will be investigating them for tax fraud.

Don’t go here unless you like wasting your time. Had a 6pm appointment I booked 6 weeks ago. Showed up and was asked to come back an hour and a half later. Came back at 7:30 and was told we were next, sat there for another 25 mins and left. The girl at the front needs a major lesson in customer service too.

This place is honest and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for your taxes. She charged me $60 for personal taxes vs Liberty tax tried charging me $550 for the same exact service and refund. So glad I found this place.

Been coming here for 5 years and 2 years with my wife. Never had any problems. Call and make an appointment. Usually come in March. This year "2022", I came in May and they helped me out. Definetly Recommend V K Tax Services!!

6 years+Have Been to many different tax preparation places before we found this place from. Recommendation.Favorite tax place for our family.Ludmila and Nikolai have your back. Any tax previous problems, they fix in a easy simple flow. Have your paperwork ready.Reading some negative comments for this place is just out of my mind. Waiting in the lobby is only if the client ahead of you was not prepared. Be prepared and they are super fast educated to do a great exquisite job ? ?.Sisters brothers who have their own business love their perfessional input and quick thinking skills. I've been there different seasons of the year, and didn't smell any stuffinesess unless you just got unlucky to sit by someone who didn't shower. You can always wait in your car and receive a text or call when ready.Snacks and coffee available at all times when I was there.
