Let me start by saying that going to the post office gives me anxiety as you usually run into rude workers or any other postal problem. Today's experience completely changed my mind. I came in about 4:30 p.m. on a Wednesday to pick up a package. The gentleman that helped me (I think his name was Paul) was very kind and found my package in the back. The transaction was smooth and he was pleasant to work with. Thank you for making this experience a good one.

I have a locked mail box in our community and they still gave my very important order of a text book to someone else’s box, then could not find it. Lied to claims that they delivered it a second time but did not. Thankfully the text book company sent me a new book free of charge. Be careful trusting your mail to them maybe consider a box at the post office instead of home delivery

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. We have not received any mail because apparently you have to notify them if you move your mailbox (which is fine) however i was left a note (after two weeks of my mailbox being moved) saying to give them call. I called them MULTIPLE TIMES ON MULTIPLE DAYS and no one answers the damn phone! So i go in and tell them and they say everything should be ok and I should start receiving mail. Two weeks have gone by and we have received NOTHING!!!!

Apparently they just don’t forward mail. I submitted multiple forwarding mail forms handed it to the man at the post office because I didn’t want it to get lost. Then come to find out he’s suppose to scan my drivers license for it to be completed. He never mentioned it. My mail has been delivered to strangers for 4 months including my son’s social security card. It’s disgusting these post offices run like this and nobody regulates them anymore.

The self service kiosk inside is supposed to be available from 6am-7pm seven days a week according to the USPS website. The last 5 times I've gone there within those hours the doors have been locked. It's been locked all day the past 2 Sundays. What is the point of having this kiosk if you always lock the doors to get in and use it. Lazy or uninformed workers.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. I submitted a forwarding address on February 23rd. Two months later and NO MAIL. The USPS has ordered them to deliver my mail - three times - and they just continue to ignore instructions. I give up. They are a bunch of incompetent buffoons.

Worst post office ever. We submitted numerous requests to have our business mail forwarded from our old Citrus Heights address to our new address and the manager adamantly refused to do it. Held our business mail for a month until we called USPS headquarters and filed a complaint. The chud had no reason to keep our business mail, he just didn't want to forward it. A product of the DeJoy destruction of the post office system, small wonder how this absolute loser got his job and how he keeps it. Do not trust this location, the manager is a disreputable cur.

Review for passport services only. Service was excellent, recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. Open Sundays too, very convenient.

Please bring back passport appointment kiosk! It's impossible to make appointments to renew US Passport online, came in line for walk ins and did not make it. I wish there was a better system to make appointments. No appointments available within 20 miles ratio.
