$3 or more for their credit card transactions, not all of your stuff costs $3? Annoying but okay. $5 for them to print you a label... not even the sticky label, just a normal white piece of paper, with your label printed on it. I asked the nice employees about what idioucrisy this is, apparently the Scroodge McDuck that owns the place got creative for cash flow. Imagine being that person.

They are trying to charge a dollar to tape a box which is prelabeled. On top of the they say it has to be in cash and do not provide a receipt for taping. Super shady. Literally every other ups has no issue taping a box. I'm not sure why they responded to this assuring me they use high quality materials and such. This negates the fact that I can go up the street any which way and they will tape it for free. It also dismisses that a receipt is not being given for the tape money. Most people can benefit from those deductions.

I ordered prints online. My husband gets to the store they inform him they don’t receive online orders. I’m not sure how that works if you are an ups store and on their website. Unfortunately I paid for prints that I could’ve done at home because they failed to read the order correctly after he showed them invoice to the order placed.

They charge $4.25 to print the label bc I didn't know there's a difference btw label & label. I walked into Fedex with the prepaid email label & was an easy beeeze. Not UPS!
The ppl working there are nice but they have to abide by corporate's policies.
It's not a good policy to charge for one service that equivalent to a free service. It's the same to scan a QR code & print the label. Both are 30sec or less.
This is a response to the manager's comment: you didn't really pay attention to what I wrote. If I bring a QR code, the label needs to be printed to stick on the box. If I bring an emailed prepaid label, I need to email the label to the store, and the same sticky label well be printed that needs to be put on the box. So, reading it with the scanner or printing it from an email shouldn't be such a huge difference. Fedex didn't make a deal out of it, they didn't charge for printing from an email.
