“Crazy this place has no reviews because the customer service was awesome. Stopped in just to get something small but the guy behind the counter was super friendly and chill. Decent selection and even better prices. Other shops should be embarrassed, because this is how you're supposed to do it. Skip the place across the street that says they're open but never are, and give these guys your business because they deserve it.”

“I've been a regular here for a few years for a couple reasons: It's close to my house (not that that matters for whoever is reading this...or does it??lol), and they have a decent selection of "oil incense burner" apparatuses. You know, for those of us who need to buy a whole extra thing to burn incense. Because sticks are just too easy. Store owners must be like, "so many people buy the burners, but no one buys the oil incense. What's going on?" Lol.
Anyways, they keep the standard "burners" behind the counter for some reason so for those, just tell them you need a standard straight one. They are $5, out the door so not as cheap as some places that have the small, thin ones at like $3 or 2 for $5, but they're the sturdy pyrex ones that last... If you don't nod out in a garage somewhere cause you've been burning incense for 3 days .?
They have a good assortment of small incense burning perculators on the shelf (because people need to burn their incense filtered thru water. It's a perfectly logical thing to do. So if that's what your wanting to do too, most of them are under $20), and there's various replacement bowls and an assortment of more creative "burners" in the display case in front of them: colored glass, simple blown glass designs, etc. nothing too fancy tho.”

“Had a sign on the door stating they were closed until 9/?/2024, but it was 10/26/2024, and another sign in the other window saying they would be back soon but the time was left blank, and if you needed anything to visit them at their other location like 5 miles away. If you aren't able to keep your store open, then maybe you should consider closing it or maybe updating your hours on Google!”

“I used to go to Twisted a long time ago before moving away, now that I'm local again this was my go to. This particular location is great! The woman who is literally always here, is awesome. She is always very friendly and is able to answer any questions I have. Customer service seems to becoming a thing of the past, so when I see good customer service I will always come back. Along with the huge selection and the value compared to other local shops, I'm here for it.”

“My sister normally comes here to get our dad cigars for just about every occasion, but today it was my job. I went in for a Fathers Day gift. The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. He had great suggestions and made my job easy. The other customers were great and its just got a good vibe.”
