The corporate people are the problem with this complex! We have been needing cameras put up for a long time now and they still refuse to do it after ( several cars had their gas tanks punctured, a car had all 4 tiers stolen, cars have been broken into, a car had all 4 tires slashed) I could go on. Not to mention in my 5 years of living here they have gone through 5+ managers. Obviously the problem is in corporate and they don’t give a damn about their tenants. TRI property is the worst ever

I can't believe the gaul they have charging tenants such inconsistent amounts. You play with these numbers like they don't determine whether my family eats or not. These appliances were made when my father hadn't been born yet, and the mold/ventilation problems are probably a symptom of a similar cost cutting measure. There's no sense of community, and you can clearly hear all of your neighbors through the thin walls. I shouldn't be able to hear the lives of the 3 tenants I share walls with at all times. They're fairly quiet and respectful people, but even them opening/closing the fridge is clearly audible from my bedroom.

After 6 years living here, they charged us for "refinishing of bathtub" for an old bathtub that started already showing signs of degradation. This is something we couldn't prevent. Not only they took our deposit but we now owe them $400+ for the bathtub replacement because it exceeded the deposit. This is scam.

Walls and floors are not soundproof. If your neighbors decide to start a long conversation at the middle of the night - you will hear them. But the main problem is that managers won’t do anything. I was unlucky enough to have neighbors that don’t sleep at night..

The management at Sunrise woods is rude. Riley Akerman was rude, Snappy and terrible at communicating. There are several other reviews that had same issues, hopefully it gets noticed by her supervisors, which seems to be John Gallagher at Tri Commercial.

The secretary is extremely nice, but the manager named Riley is extremely hostile. she talks in a very condescending tone to you and has a smug face as if she believes she is all righteousness and a genius. My cousin dropped off my application and she already stated that it's suspicious that it seemed forgery (I live in different state) even though they stated it's okay. I told her I actually arrived in the state but I'm running errands and then she proceeded to tell me that makes no sense if I'm here I should be the one dropping off... so she's going to now judge my choices? I had no idea I had to explain myself why I decided to just let my cousin handle it in the first place even though I decided to come to the state at the last minute. Extremely hostile and when I mentioned that she told me she's just trying to make me understand her side how it looks and I completely understand but there was no need for hostility, judgments and unwarranted opinions about my choices. After that was all set and done I actually came in and re-signed the whole application. I told my husband we should just forget this place because I feel like she's going to sabotage our chances because it's clearly obvious she doesn't like us (or nobody in that matter). He called her and she apologized and assured him she is not going to do any of that. Well surprise surprise I got a call today stating we were denied because my husband's credit was too low. I checked Sacramento rent credit score needed and it states below 620 you could be denied. My husband has 645, when I asked her for more details her response was I am not sure I reached out to the credit department and they're not responding. A lot of it just did not make sense because my credit is 725, yet she stated I'm 91 and my husband is 56 on the matrix and but credit goes from 300-850, how matrix put me way higher then my husband when I'm only 80 points higher then him and yet I'm at 91 at her so called matrix and he is 56. Honestly I expected that from her. A person who is miserable and hate just radiates from them they thrive on making other peoples lives chaotic and sabotaging as much as they can to make themselves feel better. Luckily I saw this coming so I already started to look at other places. I trust in God it's for the best.

The worst management and the person who is working in the office she’s mean and she doesn’t care I am very disappointed she made me buy money order.when I went give her my applications, I had my paycheck for two weeks. she told me she needs my paycheck for two months.I told her I will email her the paycheck but she wouldn’t hold my application. She told me she doesn’t care if I don’t have time. Even though she was the one made me by money orders, she was rude and mean.

Shame on you for raising rent during Covid. Why would you do that when so many people have lost jobs and are struggling to make ends meet? It's not like you've given the complex more amenities. In fact, some amenities are off limits due to covid. Shame on you.

I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.
