We lived there for a year. We probably would have lived further, but we needed more space as our family grew larger. I can't complain about anything. The apartment of 2 by 2 is excellent, the rooms are large. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Alejandro Ochoa. He understood our situation and allowed us to stay while we collected documents, so we have the warmest memories. Any problem was resolved quickly, such as a leaking faucet or replacing the air conditioner filter. The area is very good. I definitely recommend it.

Great apartment. Management responds very quickly to emails and is super attentive to renter needs. Pari and Alejandro are great, excellent customer service. Quiet apartment, no problems for the few years I've lived here.

As new arrivals to America, it was difficult for us to find apartments. We were satisfied with these apartments by the rooms themselves, the price, the area, the area. Good High school. We've been living here for almost two weeks, we lit the fireplace twice, it's so cozy! This apartment is larger than the one we lived in in Russia. The children are delighted! And I’m glad to have a large, comfortable kitchen.I really like that there is a washer and dryer. In summer you can swim in the pool! There is a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it is currently under renovation. The gym is open.Very beautiful area. The ideal manager is Alex. He helped a lot and is still helping. Add his salary!

Never rent here. They will invade your privacy by installing hidden cameras in the kitchen , bathroom, and bedrooms. Get your place scanned Independently. You're welcome!

We have lived at The Reva for a year now and have no complaints. The management team is there to help with any questions you may have. Maintenance comes the following day after putting in a request. I haven’t ran into any major issues here and I doubt I will. It is a very quiet place to live and is surrounded by nature. If there is anything being renovated you receive an email keeping you updated with the status. If you’re looking for an apartment complex that genuinely cares and helps then this would be a great fit. Thank you Pari and the rest of the team.

Pari the manager seems like a scam artist. I don’t recommend this place at all. I moved out, cleaned the apartment spotless, and she tried to illegally charge me for a $220 carpet cleaning. In the state of California, you can not charge a tenet a carpet cleaning, unless there is visible damage beyond normal wear and tear. The security deposit says “non negotiable”, It definitely is, because the things she’s charging me for aren’t legal. I know someone else who lives at the reva, they had a maintenance request for their washer that stopped working. Pari tried to send them a bill to pay for it. Not legal! My monthly water bill was consistently way too high for a 1 bed, $90 a month. They don’t give you any kind of legitimate receipt, I think they just over charge people for as long as they can get away with it. If you choose to live here, know your rights. I’m so happy I moved. Eric, the maintenance man, is the only good thing here.

Insane predatory towing practices. It's funny because all of the parking spaces here are full past the hour of 6pm like 95% of the time. I had no where to park, so I parked on the side of the road while I waited for a spot to clear up. When I went back out to check for a spot an hour later, I found out my car was towed before I got the chance. 6 months prior to that, I was towed for parking in a spot that was being repaved - They gave us a notice less than one day before, and I received no emails or calls (management lied and said she did email us, we thoroughly went through our emails, checked junk, etc., and found nothing). I was out of town for a day and found out my car was towed when I got back. I'm out over 700 bucks for stuff completely out of my control, cool!! Also, there is a huge crack in my mirror since moving in which they haven't fixed with the previous tenants deposit yet. Just sketchy stuff all around with this place.

Nice neighborhood, very quiet, low on crime. The parking lot is clean and has a lot of trees.

I've been living at Sunrise Commons for about 3 and a half years. I've seen quite a few management changes. Although the management is new and transitioning, I will say they beat all the prior management by far in so many ways! First, we finally have the ability to both view and pay our rent online. It's 2019, this should be the standard. They communicate both efficiently and effectively. By both email and phone. They are polite and professional. The thing that really stood out the most to me, and which led me to feel compelled to write up this review, is that there have been multiple cats that have gone missing in our complex. I'm not sure what anyone else's experience is with notifying management about losing a pet but they have gone out of their way to send out emails to everyone with pictures, descriptions, and contact info!! I can guess very few management teams would even consider doing something like that. Truly awesome and continues to solidify my decision staying here for as long as possible! Thanks again FPI Management for what you do! Update 2022: New management led by Pari Jabbari has seen such much needed improvements! Been living here for going on 6 years now and by far the most efficient and easiest to deal with thus far. They've managed to improve parking standards that were much needed that ensures residents have somewhere to park. They've managed to get the exercise room up and running which has mostly sat as a relic over the years unused and locked away. Not to mention they've helped ensure certain ongoing maintenance issues were finally put to rest that I'd be dealing with. I can certainly say as someone who has been calling this community home, that I'll continue to do so with this great management team and would encourage you to check out our peaceful community!

Me and my wife have been searching for apartments and this is one of the most beautiful and wonderful places to live. We worked with Pari and she is kind , considerate and helpful with everything we needed and walking us through the apartment process. She gave us an extravagant tour of the property and was very welcoming. She showed us great hospitality with her customer service. We are so happy to be here and would recommend it others as well.

We were looking for an apartment and we're so happy to start our home journey with The Reva . It's all thanks to Pari ! She is so helpful , kind , considerate and accommodated us . Her hospitality and customer service was amazing and better than all the places we visited to find an apartment. We are very grateful for her and we recommend working with her and The Reva team so very much. We can't wait to move in !

Initially I planned on giving this place one star. I received a very unsavory notice (which I will explain in detail in a bit) and this was my final straw for this place. This will be a lengthy review but I highly encourage you to read this through it's entirety if you're interested in moving here. The pros of living at The Reva...The property is well maintained (Eric is the best thing about this place) and it's a quiet community. The cons of living at The Reva:Before I get into the details of the cons, let's revisit that unsavory notice. There was a note left on my door that stated residents have less than 24 hours to have their vehicles removed from the property for the "Seal & Stripe of Parking". The fact that they would leave this note on such short notice without regard to residents is infuriating. My mother is currently handicap and due for a hip replacement later this month. There is absolutely no way that she can park her car outside of the complex and walk such a distance. We're off of Sunrise, there is no street parking and it's always busy. I had to move her car to a park that's a least a 10 minute walk for someone who's totally healthy. She missed her scheduled labs and my brother missed school because he had no one to take him or pick him up after.A job of this magnitude is planned weeks in advance, so why were residents not given at least a week's notice? The notice is full of typos, so I'm assuming this was put together in a rush and no one decided to proof it before posting. During this process, the parking lot was in complete chaos. Cars were parked in red zones and being towed away. Tenants were confused. It was a mess. My mother received an email saying they apologize for the chaos and that they sent multiple emails and letters in advance to notify us. She nor I were ever notified so either they're lying or they weren't thorough in making sure every resident was aware of what was to come. Now, to the cons…Property Management does not answer their phones or return calls. They completely lack a sense of urgency. The bathroom is the size of a walk in closet. I can't even completely open one of my cabinets because the toilet blocks it. The toilets are low flow, which means you have to flush multiple times and pray it doesn't clog. The kitchen barely fits two adults. Similar to the bathroom, I can only open the drawer next to the oven if the oven is open.I won't necessarily say this is a con but I will warn; make sure the apartment you view is the apartment you're moving into. The apartment I'm currently in was not the one I was shown. When I moved in, there were cobwebs. The cabinetry was outdated and the floors were dirty. I do not plan on renewing my lease here and I can not recommend anyone move here.

Apparently it’s a habit of the Reva to tow its residents vehicles. My husbands truck was towed out of it’s COVERED SPOT because the license plate was expired by two months. We pay $2000 a month to live here, and they charge us $500 to tow our car from our paid spot with no notice. We got a note on our door last night giving us a 12 hour notice to move our cars by 7am or be towed for lot maintenance. Where they wanted us to move our cars remains to be seen. The lot is full on a regular basis so moving them last night would’ve been impossible. You guys are crooks and predatory towing is illegal.
