Usually decent/good service at the Amazon returns..altho today I decided to buy something & they took a while to check out my items and was 'meh' service at checkout today..it's like your invisible to them or something at cashier checkout,lol,jk??♀️?

I've been paying for an iPostal1 box at this location for over a year and have had constant issues with it; items lost, put into the wrong box, never marked as being there despite them being marked as delivered by the carrier. Nearly every time I have something delivered, I have to call and check up on it, which is honestly pretty annoying but in the grand scheme, not an enormous deal.
Tonight I had to call to find out when my package would be updated (you can't pick it up until it's loaded into their system, and it was marked as being 'delivered' by the carrier about 4 hours prior to me calling - I'd spent the afternoon watching for an update so I could pick it up, then finally just called on the phone at around 7 PM), and spoke with someone named SCOTT, who was extremely rude and annoyed with me for calling to ask about my package. He interrupted me asking to tell me they'd been "very busy", and when I tried to clarify that this is a service I pay monthly for and have had constant issues, he cut me off and said, "Well you can pick it up now if you want, but otherwise..." and then became very short with me.
I'm leaving a review because I don't appreciate being spoken to like garbage when I feel I've been more than understanding about the REPEATED AND CONSTANT ISSUES I've had with this location for over a year.

Was able to drop off my UPS post marked package, Amazon returns and even recycle an old phone in the same visit. Great one stop shop. Friendly, helpful staff!

I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!

Horrible customer service. Stood there for 20 minutes in line to get business card made. The lady behind the counter didn’t acknowledge anyone’s existence. Was passed by multiple employees who didn’t look like they had anything to do except watch the one lady work and ignore everyone I’ll take my business to minuteman press

terrible! The new store manager is so rude and pity I don't recommend it. The place is so dirty obviously the store manager does not care. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Today I needed a 26 page medical fax that needed faxing to Stanford University. Katie at the back counter went beyond her means in helping me. The price was 58.00 for this large fax. I wasn't sure if it went because I kept getting errors. Katie helped me while she was still on her lunch!! That's great customer service.!! She was attentive, professional, and went out of her way. Thank you Katie. My very important medical fax went through .Grateful customer. You should come work for the state. We need more customer service oriented people like you.

Called this morning about a charger for my computer. I’m not sure who I spoke to but he was very nice and spent so long looking up all this information for me. I very much appreciated this as I don’t anything about computers.
