Well, they felt fine in the store but when I tried them on with my new uniform... they hurt my feet. Looked online for half size larger and to check inventory, then called and verified that they had them in the store. Isaiah made the exchange easy, and the manager was very pleasant as well. I'll put in another review for the shoes themselves after I wear them.

I shop at Skechers frequently. Today, I had exceptional service from Jacob. I walked straight to where my favorite style used to be. Jacob noticed my confusion and offered his help right away. He was patient while I pulled up a pic on my phone of the sneakers I wanted, then he walked me over, pulled out my size, waited for me to try them on, and offered to take them to the register while I looked for some sandals. I've always had good customer service at the Citrus Heights store, But today was over and above. Thank you, Jacob!

Walked in told Janelle what was going on with my feet hurting so bad at work, immediately she knew what kind of shoe I needed and showed me four different options and let me try them on. I highly recommend this store for their friendly and knowledgeable service. Janelle was amazing so glad I came to Skechers. Thank you Janelle thank you Skechers. ?

All I can say right now is WOW!! Seriously, I am behind the times have never owned a pair of Skechers , but needed to buy some for work. Stopped in on a Friday morning and was fortunate enough to talk with CERA, manager of the store and OMG we hit it off she knows her product. Her service is tremendous. Highly recommend go to get your next pair of Skechers in Citrus Heights or wherever your store is but huge huge fan now. Thanks CERA

Came in a few days ago during the weekend. Super busy but the tall girl with long hair was really nice and patient with us and other customers who needed help, and Jacob was great when it came time to ring us up. I didn’t however like how Janile speaks to other employees while she does nothing but watch other employees work while she chats it up with them. It’s people like that who make it hard for people to enjoy a good job, do better and find a manager who at least values her employees.
