horrible company. I started two days ago everything was fine till I woke up this morning and my phone don't work. so I contact simply mobile. and they tell me my phone ain't compatible all of a sudden. so they tell me I will get a refund so I can switch carriers. and they schedule a call. for security reasons. and they next lady I talk to tells me oh no you can't have a refund let's trouble shoot your phone. and I go on to tell her that it's not compatible. so she tells me hang up turn off and on your phone and then make a call. we will call you back in 15 minutes to make sure it worked. on a a different line. so I do all that and wait and wait and wait no call back. so I call them. the second I get to talk to a real person. she hangs up on me. so I go to the chat on the app and tell wvrything that happened and ask for a supervisor. and go figure they don't answer me at all. so dont go with this company they will lure you in then cancel your service lie to you about a refund and then hang up on you and ignore all your communion with them.

I always come to this place to pay my bill when I'm in town last time I was here with a broken phone staff here help me choose the right phone and help me transfer the data from my broken phone this place has a lot of different type of cell phone accessories so I had huge selection to choose from they also help me install a tempered glass which I always have hard time doing by myself thank you guys.

So I went here for the LiveScan Fingerprinting. These guys look young enough to be my sons. Very friendly and little jokesters but they handle their business in a professional manner. I was thinking the "owner" may come out and those two guys are the owners. They got me going on the fingerprinting pretty quickly, in and out in about 20 mins. Definitely would use them again since they are quick and take walk-Ins.

This was a great store and Rohail, the owner, is the NICEST gentleman ever. Warm, cheery and efficient! I really appreciated how professional and light he was! I literally would drive to this location just for him! Highly recommend it!

NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM THIS PLACE... 3 days ago I bought a iPhone 6 Plus from this store. This phone was priced at 425$ (extremely overpriced).. this phone had problems from the second I got home I thought maybe I needed to update it so I did and still issues. Come to find out this phone has a recall from apple for these same problems.. so today I went into the store to try and figure out a solution for the phone maybe they could fix the issue.. swap me out a different one maybe even credit on a newer one just anything really.. this man locked himself inside of a bullet proof box (witch is really weird to me why they have this place on total lockdown obviously it's so they can feel safe doing shady business) it's not like it's even a bad side of town.. so this dude (shaking cuz he probably realized I'm that guy they burned 3 days prior) had no paperwork on file of the transaction (another weird a** sign there shady, how do you not have your side of the paperwork on a transaction of this size at a business from 3 days ago) he continued to tell me he could do nothing, he was the manager, and I was not allowed to speak to the owner.. He kept showing me this blank paper that said phones are as is but did not have one on file with my signature (witch I don't ever remember signing that) (more shady business) and then to top it all off this guy pulls me up on his cameras SCREENSHOTS MY FACE and calls the cops (all behind his bulletproof bunker) and tells them I'm not allowed there all because I GOT RIPPED OFF... I no I shouldn't have ignored all the sign that told me from the beginning that this store was ran like the cartel but ignorance is bliss, just trying to make sure nobody else gets robbed by these criminals....
