“I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!”
“I recently discovered UPS Access Point Locations and the location here at this Michael’s on Birdcage in Citrus Heights is the first store I’ve used. It’s also the only store I’ll use and think about when I need to drop off my packed and labeled packages to be shipped out. The store is clean, well staffed by very friendly and helpful team members, and the hours are what makes this so convenient for me! Thanks again and I’ll see you next time. “It's a very small post office so I understand that sometimes there is a line. The ladies are working as fast as they can. The negative reviews are disappointing. I suggest don't not to expect the workers to entertain you while taking care of your postage when there is a line of people.”
“Have gone there several times to pick up and ship packages both in the US and overseas. Everyone is very friendly and when I couldn't find a barcode on my phone for the lady to scan, she helped me find it.. she knew more about my phone than I did.. LOL!”
