Came here to buy cigarettes at 9pm but the black lady refused to sell it to me only because she said she’s done counting them for the night. Like what? Can’t you just add 2 more packs on your inventory? That was pretty lazy on her end even though she was polite about it.

This place has nightmare pumps, buttons don't work and the screen is so so slow. Most importantly the tap doesn't work. I'd rather push my car across the street.

Hydrogen vehicle drivers are dependent on the three stations in Sacramento. However, this station and the other Shell operated station are consistently down with the most recent shutdown being indefinite. The lack of communication and explanation from Shell is unacceptable.

Nothing in customer service surprises me anymore, as the quality of employees has gone down the drain but this was a first... I gave Kimberly a $100 bill to fill up my car. She took the bill and attempted to insert it into her safe (electronic insert device kind of like a soda machine). The device wouldn't accept the bill for some 'unknown reason'. Kimberly handed back the bill and stated 'If the safe won't take it, I can't take it'. I was refused service and had to leave since I didn't have my credit cards on me. This is the last time I'm ever stopping at this place to get gas. PS - I have never been refused service on a legal tender. Is this even legal?

I came to purchase hydrogen gas and while I was waiting in line I decided to purchased some snacksI asked the cashier for the restroom key and she said it was out of service. Came back to my car waiting in line for five minutes when I see a lady using the restroom. Just because I look dirty from work you denied the restroom service to a customer. This happened Monday around 5pm

Shell and Chevron are both top tier gas.. Depending on which one is on the side of the road is where I turn it.I like She'll price a bit more.This station has always been an easy place to get gas..In and out more or less.. It's good quality gas and it's easy both to turn in and leave..If you haven't used Shell use it once you may be surprised

I came in to get my $100 broken into $2]so for a bday gift and dinner party. Lady knew I was in a huge hurry at 7:40 pm and didn't count the money to me and only gave me $80. Be aware.

The hydrogen station has been offline for approximately 3 weeks. Why? No available technicians. Shell is a poor performer when it comes to alternative fuels. All this company knows how to do is dig and extract. Shell is driving the planet into the ground because that's all they know how to do. No innovation. No investment in the future. California tax payer dollars would be better used supporting companies that are doing their job. Thank you Iwatani. You rock!

Black lady that works there is rude. Will tell you bathroom is out of order but then she walked over and used it. I was a hydrogen customer which those pumps barely ever work. Don’t come here when in need
