Young Indian kid doesn't know how to run a register. Asked to do part cash and part ATM. He told me to run my card 1st which of course charged my card the full amount. I know its possible because I've done it a million times before. He has obviously not been trained properly by his boss. And I know credit cost them more so you would think they would want the cash. Frustrating how incompetent people are at there jobs that are so simple.

It's fine if u come for gas but the station is NEVER OPEN every time I come they are on "break" and these breaks are 30 minutes every time!

I've really just been wowed and surprised all at the same time by this location that I would literally drive to if it cleaned my car as good as it did. However I use loop rewards program to get my car washes and it's beneficial because not only do you get to build up points but you get a dollar off certain things like the car washes which they offer I believe four different wash cycles ranging from eight to fifteen dollars which isn't bad especially if you don't need to wash your car like every two weeks etc. though if other gas stations incorporated this idea to provide a rewards program I'm sure they'd get more active customers whether it be using the car washes, getting drinks snacks etc. I would recommend this place for getting a car wash.

I give this place a 2.3 for its location right in the center of Citrus Heights off Greenback and Sunrise Blvd. And sometimes, when there is a nice attendant who will help you with the air for your tires. However, this location is poorly managed as of 10/24/22. Who leaves the register and has gas pumps that say "Pay at pump not available pay inside" ?!?!? I saw the guy come back from walking across the street. He told me and another customer that he is still on his break and won't be back for another 15 minutes. I'm still sitting here waiting as 1 of my tires also has low air pressure and I don't feel safe to drive it. I'm just thinking what kind of customer service is this? He said he will be back by 6:45pm it's now 6:42pm let's see if he's actually coming at the time he says.

Gas, as of yesterday, when I got home at midnight, it was 569 today, it is 589 today , just a rip off, they ripped people off, raising the price of shell gasoline, at one point. It was 539, not too bad, as about a month and a half ago, I do not recommend this place, people go there for convenience, but it's just a rip off one star ratings too much..... When I got home again, it was at 569 pleasure 10 cent discount if you are a card member. Please go other places other than shell......

Worst gas station to come too always on break came around 8:45am door was locked came back at 9:25 and the door still locked this always happens every day mostly all day. They need to fire these employees and get responsible ones !!!!

The owners of this garage are out to scam every last dollar out of their customers and don't give a crap about doing it. I recently visited to get air for my car and the machine has a credit card reader and clearly is set up to give the impression you have to swipe for air. I swiped for air and was charged two dollars, the machine sprang to life but there as no air nozzle on the end of the hose, iso totally inoperable. I went into the gas station and told the girl sat there, she did not give a crap, told me it wasn't her responsibility and that the air did not belong to the gas station, she also told me air was free and I should not have paid. I asked her for my two dollars back she said nope, said the air had been reported. She could have at the very least been nice about it and have a sign taped on the machine saying inoperable, I'm sure this happens a lot as she was ready for me walking into the station. Anyway I have reported them to the California Department of Food and Agriculture for not having operable air. Do yourself a favor get your gas (and free air) across the street!

Five hours on hold trying to get their fuel rewards program to stop letting people charge their gas to my credit card. They are laughing in the background as they put me on eternal hold. Businesses that act in this manner should be held accountable for their laziness and inaccuracies and I'll be telling every person I interact about the quality service I'm currently on hold receiving.
