Poor customer service by clerkBrittney at Shell gas station on Auburn Brittney tried still $20 dollars my change, and refused to give me a receipt!

Rude rude rude...... it's not everyone that works there but this one guy was super impolite when I went in and made me feel super uncomfortable. I mean ya I kno it's a gas station in n out what ever but damn where is the common manners now days. Hopefully he was just having an off day

Convenient location however atm machine broke down mid transaction i alerted the cashier who came to assist. Just to be told oh well go up the street. Asked if he could over charge so i can get $20 cashback was told no go up the street. Gave low rating for customer service and sending a customer to a competitor to do business and wasting my time.

Not great food options in mini Mart. Usually go to Valero kitty-corner, but Shell was very conveniently placed on my way to the freeway.

The gas station was clean on the outside and also on the inside of the gas station as well and the staff was very nice and in side and welcoming when I walked in and very helpful. I have only been to this gas station a few times and I would recommend it do to the cleanliness and also how the staff treat people that come in. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for gas and inside the small store everything was fully stocked as well.
