Ivan was unprofessional, rude and did not know the product. We have a brand new Miele washer/dryer set. The dryer never dried as advertised when on the extra dry setting. Ivan came out twice and the second time was gas lighting me saying the clothes were dry when they weren't. When he was on the phone with Miele they asked him if the dryer was achieving the desired temperature, he looked at me with a quizzical look. Me, trying to help him figure out the desired temperature from his computer screen, leaned over. His reaction to this was barely contained anger. Just trying to help you dude.It appears he in his report to Miele said I had unreasonable expectations because when I called to say the dryer was still not working as intended they refused to send another technician saying it was a "use and care issue".Thankfully, after asking Reddit, I found one setting that was not properly adjusted to our area (conductivity). I made the adjustment and the dryer now works perfectly.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Technician arrived on time but could not speak English and needed to use a translator in his phone. He clearly had no experience. Took a small panel off the back of my washer, did nothing and said it was the pump and it would be $300 plus his work. But then said the parts were not available and I should just buy a new washer. I paid the $75 service fee and told him to leave.My washer had flooded the laundry room. This was not the first time but it seems to do this when unbalanced. After he left I called another company and spoke to their parts department. They did in fact have a pump available for $80 not $300. However, I decided to clean up the mess, run a small gentle load and roll the dice. Washer reset itself and has been working just fine all weekend. No repairs needed. So glad I did not pay these scammers $300 plus for nothing.Do not use this service!!!!Service: Washer/dryer repair

Good service, professional and courteous. Parts and labor costs were reasonable.I had a home warranty for my new house which covered the fridge but the soonest they could come out was in four days to assess the problem. Too long.I called this company and they came out same day, told me what was wrong, how much it would cost, and they could be back within 2 days to fix it. They came back the next day and fixed it. It was 24 hours to assess and fix the problem from the time I first called.Service: Refrigerator repair

Repairman came in and held thermostat inside the fridge and told me the compressor was broken and needed replacement.Gave me a price of $1600 and gave a discount price of $1100 if I paid in "green cash".He was a scam artist!!!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

We needed emergency service on our LG refrigerator. We needed a compressor replacement before all our food spoiled. Technician was sent to our house within 2 hours and had everything needed to make the repair. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for helping us.

I like this company. Left them an email late into the night that my LG washer (i bought it 3 months ago) didn't spin. Before that I figured out that repair under warranty could be only in 2 weeks...ServiceON called back in the morning the next day. The serviceman was punctual, professional and polite. He repaired the washer at the same day. I couldn't believe it... great service guys. I will continue to recommend ServiceON appliance repair.
