I had a great experience at Sam's. The service was truly amazing - the staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect ring. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the quality was amazing. The friendly staff kept checking in and were very welcoming so it made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking good service and fair prices.

Got my engagement and wedding ring here. Customer service is just like others have said: terrible for no reason. My husband went to resize it and they got annoyed at him for that. Horrible quality: in just 2 years I had to take the same ring back to them 3 times because the diamonds keep falling out. We’re at a point where we are considering getting a whole new ring from another jeweler…they don’t even respond to their customer service emails. I’d recommend taking your money somewhere else.

Stereotypical car salesmen open up a jewelery shop! They pick an item that meets your criteria and push you into buying it, getting you in and out as quickly as possible. A horrendous experience, and I will never again return.
