I can get five items of food and it ends up being $250 this store definitely jumped on the inflation bandwagon. Basically no single parents can afford anything here. Don't waist your time trying.

I know the pizza & soda at Sams club is cheap. However, the pizza I ordered had raw dough. When I told the woman behind the counter she just said, "OK" then just walked away. So all this to say be careful to make sure the dough is done. If not exchange it for a new slice/pizza. Had to talk to customer service just to have something done.

The Sam's club on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights is a very poor place to shop for people needing motorized carts to navigate the store. For those who are disabled and don't have the means to purchase a motorized cart, this location is not doing enough to accommodate disabled people. They have 5 carts and only 2 are operational. Get your act together, Sam's Club!

I love Sam's it is my weekend to go place. So much to choose from. I prefer Sam's over Costco. You can get in early if you have a membership that pays you back. Again I love Sam's Club so much that I moved back to the area because they didn't have a Sam's in the area that I lived in.

Avoid the food court!! Spit an actual cockroach out from my mouth from the cheese pizza, legs still in tact! Management confirmed it was in fact a cockroach. Beyond disgusted! Will not be returning and will not be renewing my membership.

I'm not biased when it comes to a warehouse. I like Costco and Sam's equally. Sam's does have much more things that the other one doesn't have especially when it comes to throwing a party like dips, and other yummy thing like desserts. If you don't have membership are you even living to your potential..Get one and see for yourself

This Sam's Club location is very organized and clean. The entrance employee checking the membership card was very friendly. It's always good to run into a smile upon entering a business. They have lots of good deals and the quality of their store brand is just as good as name brand goods. We use the Sam's Club app which I so highly recommend. Scan and go as you shop and pay. Much faster checkout for us and we don't have to wait in lines. We went on a Saturday and sadly their taste testing stations were nearly all closed. Out of the entire store there was 3 opened. I felt a little uncomfortable at times grabbing a sample because the person passing them out just glares at you as if your looking for a free handout. Everytime we come we spend $300-$600 a trip, with two trips a month for just one household. Getting ONE sample shouldn't be an issue but than again, we can't force people to like their jobs. We continued on- enjoying our shopping trip, buying other goodies, stocking up on necessities. The food court was out of a lot items but a soda and polish dog is always unbeatable. The price is pretty much priceless and delicious. We like to get one as we walkout and eat it in the car while waiting behind multiple cars getting gas. (Line goes by very quick) Overall, we like Sam's Club. My family always ask me to compare Costco and Sam's Club- I say there are things Costco has and that Sam's Club doesn't and vice versa. So I have both membership and depending on where we shopped at last, we pay the other a visit. Although I must say- Costco takes the win for samples, if you go there on a weekend- it's on and cracking, poppin with samples at every station! Love it.

Had to stop to fill up with had at SAMs club gas station. Gas is expensive wherever you go, however by going to Sam's club gas station you'll get club member prices which can save you about five cents per gallon at the pump. And you won't see cars pulled up every which way at the pump, which sometimes adds to the ever present feistiness of patrons who have been waiting in line. So there you have it, cheaper prices and smooth traffic flow. As a helpful hint, and if you really want to beat the crowds, the best time to fuel up during the week is between 10:30am and 1:30 pm. Lastly, you must be a club member and have a Sam's Club card in order to use the gas station.

We're lucky and have a Sam's and Costco membership and we go to both for different things. We stopped by this Sam's for a quick shopping trip and picked up some baking essentials (flour, sugar, etc.) I highly recommend picking up a bag of their nestle till house dark chocolate chips. The price point is great and they taste amazing in cookies. We also grabbed some veggies and stopped in the meat department for some sliced salami and chicken wings. We love browsing the snacks here as well, they always have something new and interesting. You'll find so many varieties of chips and there's usually something interesting with Cheetos. Like most of these big stores, be ready for a crowded parking lot and to wait a bit to check out. I like to go when I'm not hungry and not in a rush so I can take time to browse and find hidden gems.

Clean and lots of room to maneuver the shopping cart.

Always a good shopping experience at this location. Stopped a the food court and got the three meat pizza but noticed it actually had four meats on it (Ham, bacon, pepperoni and sausage). My husband and I got a good laugh out of that, it was tasty too!

Poor customer service on the phone. They let the phone ring more than 50 times before a live person picks it up and then say, "please hold". Then, you wait more than half and hour until you give up waiting.

Every time I have been in the employees have been friendly and helpful. From the door greeters, to the produce stockers, bakery staff, cash register clerks to the receipt checkers at the exit. All have been courteous and had great customer service with my family. I don't get the bad reviews with this location, the only experience I have had that I didn't care for was at the Folsom location where a few of the employees seemed worn out and annoyed.

very disappointed that the greenback store in citrus heights was six hours behind schedule. no one even notified me of this. my shot was 7-8 pm. I arrived to pick up ?️ good the only thing I ordered. I had no notification it was ready. I was told upon calling into the store they were six hours behind. someone looked for my order and exactly one minute to 8pm I got a cancelled order notification, even though they knew I was waiting outside. I would give zero stars if I could for this store. no notification was worse. I won't be coming back to this store and I won't recommend it to anyone else! bye

Very bad customer service. I was in line waiting to be next to pay for my items and at first the cashier was nice but then as he was scanning my items, he started giving me attitude talking to me with disrespect. I didn't catch his name but I don't ever wanna go back especially because i've had some of my family members go there and they've said the same about him.
