They expect you to pay them before paying your monthly rent. Amy threatened me. Monica is gone, so that's no good, but I get it. Brutal with text messages. I'm going to try Aaron's. Never deal with Rent a center. Lesson learned.

The store on Greenback in Citrus Heights needs customer service training or new management. I wish I would have found a different location to service our needs. Getting a hold of this store is a nightmare. 1 out of 30 calls you will get someone to answer. You will have better luck just going in store to ask questions about your account. It was never like this a few years ago :( not sure what changed but it’s now very poor service.

This is the WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with in my life. From the 1st day of ordering on line, to getting the wrong hardware 3 times. Last time, I had to actually drive up to the store myself. Totally awesome for a single parent with a newborn baby. On top of that they gave me a full size bed when I paid for a queen so now my bed is literally too small for my frame. On top of that they chipped away some of the laminate them put scotch tape to keep it in place.
