Had them remove a few links on a watch band. It didn't look great after but that was not their fault. My mom asked to keep that band rather than get a new one.

Kept my watch for over a week, he still couldn’t even give me a quote just to fix the glass. Called him he never returned my calls. Went to pick my watch up at 2:45pm in the afternoon, found a sign on the door that said “will be back at 3:00pm” he pulled up at a cool 3:20pm lol picked up my watch and left.
