Worst experience ever staff very unpleasant and unprofessional. My surgeon office sent over my paper work for the fact it was received 5 min late my appointment time didint matter waited a hour as stand by staff lab lady with frezzy hair and a hicky on her neck 10/28 /24 booth 2 rude This place is the worse I asked for a manager was told none available.Never seen a place with staff this bad even thow I had a appointment she made it a point to say how my wait could be up to 1 hour . So quest should invest in a fax machine and new staff is there a half star so I can give this place for clean waiting room everything else half star..also this was a fasting lab work so it's 230pm have not ate since 6pm the night before . GREENBACK LOCATION CITRITS HIGHTS CALIF I will add the Asian lady that ended up drawing my blood she was realy good at her blood draw might add nearly 3pm

No receptionist!
The worst experience in my entire life.
I come in as a walk in! Check in with the system and give my information.
The system tells me wait approximately 30 min-60 min.
I wait almost 1-20 min until I ask someone how linger do I have to wait. I waited over the time I was told. She continues to tell me that it is not guaranteed appointment.
I told her to make an inception because it did not tell me that it told me to wait and I’ve waited over the time I was told. They should atleast let you know it is not guaranteed instead of wasting peoples some. I was so upset they could care less I’ve been fasting for 12 hours at this point. It is not right at all

No receptionist is becoming the norm, hope you are not technically challanged since you sign in on a tablet. They are very short with patients asking a question, when a patient can get the attention of a phlebotomist. No procedure to sign in as a stat draw. It wouldn't matter anyway, they, not your doctor will determine if your stat request is stat. Am guessing they know more than your doctor. They close for lunch at 11 to 12. Can't figure out why they can't overlap lunch hours. Imagine your surgeon taking lunch in the middle of a surgery. The people there seem to hate their job as it shows in their interaction with people. Oh, by the way you are lucky if they send your labs off to be done.

I went to this location with my husband and it was a terrible experience. The staff there are very rude and always seem angry. Whenever you ask them a question, they act like they are doing you a favor. It's the worst service I have ever encountered. Hopefully this issue gets resolved. People don't visit this place for fun, they go there for treatment or tests and they deserve to be treated better.

This location close to my house is the worst I've ever seen. Every time I've taken my wife and kid there, the service is really bad and the staff seem pretty mad. Not just with me, but with most customers, especially those who don't speak good English. This is not nice and I hope it gets fixed. If it doesn't improve, this place will lose customers. I will avoid going there, only going for my kid to make it quick.

Rose was excellent but check-in defintely needs improvement. Why the redundancy? I had already provided insurance info and had to resubmit again when checking in - simply idiotic.

They are horrible for walk in patients. Waited for hours before leaving without test. They are slow and don’t care about the walk in patient.
