EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY, RUDE, ENTITLED especially this crossed eyed mid 30 African American worker, thats always on her personal cell phone talking with friends or family while shes serving costumers AND HAS THE AUDACITY TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU IF YOU INTERRUPT HER CONVERSATION TO ASK FOR HONEY,STRAW,ect!!!! Management better do something, before this place gets shut down, or for sure add unnecessary drama at a chicken spot in Citrus Heights. I was raised in the hood, but this place is straight GHETTO!!!!! FIRE EVERYONE and save your place with a better hiring process , because the food is still ?????

Every time I come here the customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The employees are so rude, even with the manager standing right next to them.

Popeyes has the best fried chicken. I just love it. I usually enjoyed it With my boyfriend on our way home after work. The outside is crispy and inside's tender and juicy. Saltiness is good. We also like the mashed potatoes, but it uses a lot of pepper, so plz be careful if you don't like it.All good, but I do need to mention I feel the service is slow...maybe I was just hangry.

The only Popeyes that doesn't make you wait half an hour to get your food. If they mess up, they go above and beyond to fix it. This one is super new and modern too. Sometimes the sandwiches are a little too saucy but otherwise the quality of the food is great and juicy.

Check the behavior of the manager; he's so rude; he's talking unpolitely; he's talking too much; and his voice is too loud. He looks like a fighter, not a manager. I don't come back there anymore; he's a troublemaker. It's easy to get angry and annoyed.I asked him his name, but he refused to give it to me. And check your camera; he's not wearing any of his identification, name, or ID, so it's not easy to recognize his name.Parking: Bad
