This branch has always been helpful to me. They are very busy usually and try to get to every customer as soon as they can. 4/5 as they could have more staff, but they are trying to do the best they can and do actually help you in a timely manner. And I applaud the bilingual staff! I'm not fluent in Spanish, but I appreciate the branches efforts to help ALL customers!

My account was recently depleted by unauthorized (by me) eWithdrawals. I filed numerous fraud complaints to Wells Fargo. The claims have been denied. I am out several thousand dollars and at risk of defaulting on my rent and other bills. This is how they treat a customer since 1981.The staff (are there any?) at the Sunrise branch have been totally useless - they won't even answer the phone.I am not sure if there are any good banks anymore, certainly WF is not one of them.

I'm not one to write reviews, especially negative reviews, but I need to make aware of the unprofessionalism that is this branch. I come here all the time to deposit my paycheck since my job doesn't offer direct deposit. I've also been banking with WF since the mid 2000s. I never experienced any problems. I go in deposit my check, as usual and they refused because it was dated for one day later (and they were closed the next day). My co worker who also banks with WF said they never had issues with deposits "early" and they should accept it, (this WF has tried this once before). They've also accepted a "post dated" check before. I did my research and looked up to see if WF has a policy on post-dated checks so I don't waste my valuable time. I found nothing. All my research online shows banks can take them. Let me start with the teller acted like I was giving her a bad check. Her body language was unprofessional. She needs to be trained better. It was the girl with the long braids. I told her what i had researched and I couldn't find anything on the WF website. She went to get what was either a manager or supervisor, a bigger female with long dark hair and glasses (didn't get any names). I explained everything, and mentioned I couldn't find it on their website. she told me it was "in the packet we give you when you open your account" so 15 yrs ago?? She told me she'd look into the info and had me take a seat. About 10 mins later she comes out with a packet and say "it's in there" (so not actually looking into it). I ask her to show me. She refuses and just repeats "it's in there". Let me say she also told me she's been with WF for 8 years. And that's how you treat customers. What she gave me was what was online that I couldn't find the info on, and why I asked her to show me. I understand if something is a policy, but if I can't find it and so say, be the professional you claim to be and show me. She then tells me she has the right to refuse service and walks away. All I asked was her to show me so I clearly see it. Nope. I then called the 800 number for WF to ask the policy on deposits on post dated checks, explained what happened plus details. Well, there is no formal policy. It's up to the branch if they want to take them or not. And I could try another branch. Which that "manager" could have simply said that it was their branch policy, and they no longer take them. But it looks like this 8 year employee doesn't know WF policies. Would make sense why she was unable to directly point it out to me or gather the info. she (manager) made it out to be an overall WF thing. I got more info/clarification from calling CS line than I did from that so called "manager". I ended up filing a complaint with the branch on the unprofessionalism I experienced because it really could have been handled differently. I've also witnessed the staff being unhelpful in situations to other customers during my many visits. Do better Sunrise WF.

Terrible customer service! They ignored me for almost an hour as I sat there, every employee, teller, banker, manager all made eye contact with me but nobody ask if I needed help. After an hour I just walked into their cubical and ask if they can help me, and they said yes. Horrible experience. They need better training

Waited an hour before a banker even acknowledged I existed. Service is horrible. Empty chairs everywhere and only two people that are on eternal phone calls. Make it less archaic to move my money between ALL my accounts and maybe I wouldn't need to bother you!

They had a ton of desks to accommodate banker meetings, but nobody working at those desks. Nobody answers at all at the branch.

I don't think I met anyone more stupid than one of the bankers at this branch. Not only was she the one that started our appointment late by 10 minutes, she couldn't figure out her computer for another 40 minutes despite the branch manager telling her she was doing it wrong. She walked back and forth a couple times, then every spanish speaking person that would come up, she would leave the desk to GO AND TRANSLATE.. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Thankfully the branch manager saw and told her she could not be doing that. Not coming back here if she is working, horrible and not smart at all. Oh and also, it's Maria Elena or something of the sort.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made an appointment to add someone onto an account, then I was told I was a few mins late even though I sat around waiting to be helped and then was told they couldn't complete my request because of the type of account I had setup....after they told me it was no issue and I just needed to physically have the person come with me. Terrible management, no bankers and no one acknowledges you until you approach someone's desk.

Close to home, and has a drive-thru atm! That is a win win for me. Only because I have a toddler aka 1yr old and it so happens everytime I need to make a deposit baby is always cranky. Therefore the drove-thu is way more convenient for me. The branch inside is fairly bif meaning you are in and out now waiting forever in line. Kind workers def a good branch to check out.

Tellers talking and banker's talking and no one helping the line! One teller is working but apparently she's the only one at the windows who can actually help!? And the bank manager is talking loudly about how many times the Wells Fargo system crashes and how the lines are usually out the door. I amOnly cashing a check here but it confirms that I would never bank here! Ever! Who would? Why?

It's a busy day at the bank, but at least this location on Sunrise not only has 3 ATM's, a drive-up ATM, but also a large indoor banking facility. Today I chose the ATM's because it was packed and with covid protocols I could do my banking faster outside. However, the tellers inside are always very helpful, nice and do a great job of moving the long lines through quickly. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is this location does not have one of the new indoor ATM machines that dispenses $100 bills, $5's & $10's. I like that machine because then I can bank without having to see a teller.
