I’ve been with Metro PCS for years and have never had a really bad experience until the last upgrade. A female employee locked my old phone and put a code on it that couldn’t be removed so needless to say I lost everything on that phone due to this. I didn’t realize she did this until I got home and the store had closed. Everytime I went back she wasn’t there so no one would address the issue. I will never unlock my phone again for any employee that says it’s faster if they do it that way. I called corporate and was told she shouldn’t have done that and asked me to change my codes/ passwords on everything, it was very stressful. She obviously gets a thrill out of doing such things to people..

Rude employees. I was quoted $300 for an iPhone 11 that is suppose to be free. I understand that I need to pay for the plan + activation and taxes but no way does it equal our to $300. I’m actually an area manager for T-Mobile so I will be sharing my experience with the team. Not only that but an employee literally told me that their activation fee is $100, then told me that if I don’t like it that I can go elsewhere. The guys that helped me were the guys with the purple and blue hair and the guy with the tattoos on his face. By the way.. I overheard him tell an elderly customer that he was wasting his time asking tech support questions. I could never ! This was such a bad experience and I will be sure to let my colleagues know about this. Please stop ripping people off and have some integrity.

Leo is literally the best. He was all by himself on a Saturday and helped numerous people, multi tasked to get the line down and also was patient and kind to my mom with Parkinsons. He made sure we had all we needed and took the time to help us. He also didn’t complain once and did it all with a positive and upbeat attitude despite being the only person working all day. Seriously the best customer service person on your team!

Leo is extremely knowledgeable & professional. I came in 10 mins before closing, Leo was working solo and several customers came in right after me. Leo helped me take care of several account issues thoroughly & quickly and didn't even skip a beat. Definitely management material! I appreciate the great customer service, thanks Leo!

This place is a joke. I went in for one thing and was told something totally different and found out through customer service that what I wanted was available. The pos retail maggot told me the promotion wasn't available in california. Wrong! Told me I would have to go out of state. Wrong! 3 miles away. Then I find out that the store that o went to wasn't owned by the same owner as the one that had stock. Wtf!? So that's why he didn't call because it was not connected to them. Straight up bs. Will never use Metro again and screw that store and the pos that helped me. Dontletme catch you outside.

Cooperate MetroPCS by T-Mobile store so treats existing customers so badly like (s..t). If you're not a new customer you better go with another wireless service. MetroPCS by T-Mobile has no cellphone deals for you. I have started to cancel all of our phone lines with them. Lots of other service providers with same or cheaper price. Thank you for treating customer that has numerous numbers with you since you started in Sacramento CA so badly.

Worst customer service ever!!!Zero stars!!!!!I walked in this store to get a new phone as mine crapped out, and was ready to drop $300+.Apparently nobody can help you reset your pin even though the website states differently. They have to be able to text you, which is impossible if the phone is already broken. They told me there was no way to help me and I would have to start a new account with a new phone number.I WAS a customer of Metro for 15+ years, but now I'll be finding a new carrier and when I mentioned this possibility to Mariana she said, "you could go do that" in a condescending manner.Like, what?! I've worked in customer service for 20 years, you don't say things like that to a customer if you want to keep them. No empathy from Mariana or the young guy "helping" me who needs to work on his soft skills.The people managing this store and their employees have run it to the ground; this used to be a great store with excellent customer service about 10 years ago. The people who work here don't even want to be there, you can tell and it's not hard to hide it. But its sad when you cant be bothered to do your job which is helping the people who PAY for your service.I drove from Folsom to come to this store because they used to be good and take care of you.You lost a long time customer.

First person that helped us was very nice and helpful. I had to go there a few more times and the other people aren't as friendly and you go inside no hi or hello. Rude... This location used to have good service not anymore.
