2 Salespersons helped me with a difficult situation. Elisha and Kevin could not have been more patient or kind. Also very very knowledgeable. Over the past 20 years my family has purchased over 10 mattresses from Mattress Firm in Citrus Heights CA and every time the sales staff and company have been honest and have bent over backwards to help. As a 75 year old widow, I know this kind of customer service is rare and should be valued above all else when choosing a company to deal with.

A pleasant experience with the service person, lots of choices to make but I was allowed to make my decision at my pace with no pressured upsell. Very pleased, and happy with my new mattress.

This was my first time going to a Mattress Firm. Brandon helped us after being recommended from my grandparents. He answered every question and reassured every concern. I have never experienced this level of amazing customer service. He went above and beyond for my grandparents and I. If you’re interested in getting it new mattress or just need some questions answered Brandon is definitely your guy. When we need a new mattress we will definitely be back and I hope Brandon will be the one helping us again 10/10

ELISHA IS THE BEST REP EVER!
She will listen to your sleep needs and concerns and just like magic knows which 2 or 3 mattress solutions makes sense and does it all with such a friendly, happy way.
She had me nailed down perfectly and made the process so easy, fast and, ultimately, super comfortable.
My back was so excited to find its new resting place.
