Tucker provided me the best customer service. Went above and beyond. You can tell he loves his job. His boss Issac was very helpful too. Neng installed my new pool equipment and did a great job. It shows he knows the equipment. Great team. Love this store.

I went into this store to Purchase pool equipment and I felt like if you don't spend a lot of money you're in the wrong place. They were quick to help people that has in ground pools because that's where the money is, but could not find the time to help me pick chemicals for an above ground pool, as soon as I pointed out that it is a small above ground pool his attitude and attention for me went out the door. He went so far as to inform me that if I go to the left I could afford the stuff over there.
