I came to pick up the parcel, they couldn’t scan the code for half an hour, I left without the parcel, 30 minutes later I received a notification that the code was scanned when they were already closed

I don't recommend getting any Amazon packages shipped there for pick up. The employee barely looked for mine before telling me it wasn't there. Even though I had proof it was delivered a few days ago. You'd be safer picking a different Amazon drop-off location.

Have gone there several times to pick up and ship packages both in the US and overseas. Everyone is very friendly and when I couldn't find a barcode on my phone for the lady to scan, she helped me find it.. she knew more about my phone than I did.. LOL!

This place sucks they are hella expensive I paid like $16 dollars for a small print to be shipped and they never shipped it somehow it came back to me. I wrote the right address and all that and I don't want to her " maybe it was your handwriting they couldn't read it" my hand writing is pristine 9/10. But overall I'll never come back here in my life and would not recommend to anyone.

We've had some issues with this business being closed before their stated hours or days open. One of the employees was rude a lot but I don’t see that specific employee anymore. They have improved there, no more rudeness. The ubrupt closing and weird hours have been somewhat fixed they put a sign up now stating if the hours will be different for a specific day. Improved there as well. Three stars because they aren't open on Saturday's.

Zero stars I called ahead to make sure notary wasn't available. The woman on the phone told me yes and the hours. When I arrived the lady told me she wasn't certified to do notary. Big waste of time. Very unprofessional and then proceeded to argue with me at the counter when I told her I had called ahead.

This is a business that is closed on a business day because the owner could not find a replacement to keep a business open that I pay a fee to access on days that are stated to be open. It is bad enough that this place is closed on the weekend, but to close on a day that is supposed to open because the owner didn't plan well is very unprofessional and gives the business a bad reputation. My daughter's birthday gifts are waiting for the owner to open on the next business day. Hey, business owner how about you let your paying customers know the store will be closed on a regular business day so that those people expecting something for an important day can plan ahead. You can not tell me you didn't know you had a notary test today and you could not prepare for this. Im taking my business elsewhere this is the last straw. This happens way too much at this business. BTW I have been supporting this business owner since 2014 and I am done.

Their FedEx system was down so they could only make shipping labels for USPS. Their computer would only make a label for one of my two packages, the cashier did not know why and told me she couldn't help me. She was not wearing her mask correctly.

I had a rough go in the beginning, but sure appreciate Sherry taking the time and going the extra mile because of my situation. I feel she truly does care about her Customers, otherwise I would have stopped using her business a couple months ago!

It's business hours and the door is locked and there's 2 of us trying to get service. Disappointed as I have to have papers notarized and sent ASAP. I had to look up another place to go for myself and the other customer. Work ethic can make or break a small business.
