John is nothing short of amazing! I just closed on my 4th property with him! He was extremely quick to get our pre-approval and even went the extra step to negotiate our loan points down! He works autonomously with my real estate agent and makes a very complicated process simple. I work with no other lender than John!

If you are ready to buy a home and need a loan officer, Stop what you are doing and call John Casey. He is the absolute BEST! He was our loan officer and I cannot tell you grateful I am for him and his hard work and expertise! He not only helped my husband and I by getting us approved for our home loan but he also referred us to the best realtor in the land! He was very responsive . He was on point and on time when it was so important for us! He is the best at what he does. Its a process buying a home, so many steps so much paperwork . When you have good people helping you good things happen! John was a very important part of this home buying process and I 100% recommend him !

John Casey knows his stuff! He helped us with an FHA loan when other lenders told us that we either didn't qualify or that a program didn't even exist for us! He was quick to respond to our myriad of questions, kept us updated and educated about the process and overall provided an exceptional experience. I highly recommend John Casey.

AWESOME!!!! I would recommend John to anyone. John is very knowledgeable and tells you what to expect and prepares you for possible outcomes. Be up front and transparent with John to provide the best and expedient experience. I was upfront with John and explained all my financial situations, potential issues and he was proactive with assisting how to overcome the barriers. However, we had no barriers and we had a very smooth 30 day escrow. John is familiar with all programs and helps you select the best option for you to purchase a home. John even waited for the best interest rate and locked it in so we wouldn't lose it. John gave us scenarios with financial information to help us make a selection on a house using numbers to figure out potential mortgages. John communicates frequently and answers all questions at his earliest convenience. This dude is awesome. Cant say enough about him. No Joke! You'll be shocked at his attention to detail and his willingness to help you. I've dealt with some financial professionals and John is absolutely the BEST! My family has been living in our new home for exactly 7 days and John is a big part of that process. THANKS JOHN!!!

John at Residential Home Loans took great care of me and my Husband’s loan. We were able to close as soon as we could despite the pandemic and all my questions were answered promptly and in detail.
