Customer service staff friendly and helpful; small to medium sized store; love their coupons that I can use on sale items, too!

This is a fabulous new store. The employees are great and helpful. The management is even on the sales floor helping customers. Prices are competitive. With covid, things everywhere are more expensive. I can't wait to see what is new this season.

I love exploring Joann. My favorite playground ? this location looks like new or renovated. Still big boxes on the floor and some parts are not fully stocked. Their interior is different compare to other locations also.
