Mathew Moreno was patient and guided us while we redesigned our wedding bands. Mr. Gordon himself sat with me recently and was very patient with me while I went back and forth many times trying to make up my mind on a small little band. He is such a busy man and didn't have to, but he did. Mackenzie is a very helpful young lady and I can't wait to go back and work with her. The entire staff is friendly and patient with clients like me. Also, they have a wonderful jewelry appraisal service for insurance purposes and they clean your rings.”
