It took less than an hour from the time I put in the request until Adam finished his work. My battery died and I couldn't even open the car door because all I have is key fob. Anyway he had a great attitude even though it was 5 am and cold as hell out. As he worked it looked like he'd been doing it for years, he was so fast but careful at the same time.
