I needed a custom frame done for a funeral the next day and even though it's not their norm to be able to accommodate that she thought outside the box and helped me come up with a solution! Plus she was so fun to chat and hang out with for 30 min while my frame was getting made. On top of that she didn't know originally it was for a funeral.
