My 1st visit and 1st purchase here in harbor freight tools and this location/branch is by far the best customer service experience ? the guy at the floor that helped me find tools was fast , easy & accurate.
Also the lady at cashier (Salvador on my receipt) was really friendly and accurate with helping out on my coupons ?
I would definitely recommend this specific branch ?

Wonderful selection of almost any tool known to man... Helpful, courteous staff. And there is always a money saving coupon if you take the time to look.

HF is okay for gloves, sandpaper, etc., but the tool quality is pretty bad.

Wrenches and sockets are a deal. Pittsburg has good warranty and good looking tools. I bought a set of sae and metric deep sockets. Always need them. Also a floor jack. Both great.

Harbor Freight is a unique store. Read about their history and you'll learn they "try" to be a low-price store, and do it with brands "not quite the best or most popular", my quote. But if you read reviews and shop carefully, you can land some really good deals. And if you need tools for occasional use, you may not need those higher priced brands. It's fun looking at Harbor Freight as another option when making purchases other stores will charge more for.
