Tried to do a warranty exchange on a ps5 controller because a button just popped off on my nephew controller that i bought in August. This lady goes on to say this doesn’t apply to the warranty so i ask what’s the point of a replacement warranty then because it literally just broke off, she goes to say that he looks like a rager and she can’t take that back because he broke that. I had no problem taking it to another location but to sit there and say that is absolutely unacceptable and i just dont appreciate it especially when i spent so much money on this item. Will not ever go back and i hope they actually talk to their employee about their attitudes.

Everyone is so helpful and kind. The kids love coming here because the staff are so like hey little man that's a cool toy . The staff here literally acts like it's just friends coming in they are so cool. I have gotten all my kids switches from this location and every time we go in for anything they help us decide what will be the best for for the kids or us. They are extremely helpful in finding where we can get what we are looking for. They are the best

The games have glitches. They don't authorize returns without receipts even though it's got the name of the store on the game. Will never return better off going to Walmart better prices and service

I have never waited so long in a GameStop before with only one person of front of me. Ordered a amiibo online came into store. Then was told that they can't honor the deal bc the only ones they have are pre orders. Then told me I have to wait for email to get refunded. No wonder people go online this was the last draw with GameStop.

Not every gamestop is a good one but the put who work at this location are awesome. They honestly help me find any game or item I'm looking for and have good knowledge on what's coming out. I always have great conversations with them about games and really like how I can find more variety of games at this location.

Came in to buy used XBox1. Michael was very helpful with membership and purchasing a warranty. What was really nice was he printed out a list of choices of the Xboxes he had in stock so I could look over them and see which one I would like most.
