There was a pending recall for my Honda accord hybrid. I first approached a Honda dealer near my home. On the scheduled day I was told that I had to empty the gas tank or they can't service my car. I had to cancel it. I called Future Honda and spoke with Glen. He assured me that there was no need to empty the tank and setup an appointment immediately. I am glad I called future Honda instead of going to the other dealer

Buying a car is the second biggest purchase a person can make. Instead of making it an easy and pleasant experience, they try to get as much money out of you as they possibly can. Don't support dealer add on or dealer mark ups. Go somewhere else.

I had a great experience at future Honda. The sales manager, Cecilia, really helped me shape my search and help me find the perfect car. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and professional. I walked out with a beautiful Prologue and a great payment. If you're car shopping, stop by future Honda.

Everyone here works carelessly. No one here has manners of talking. There was a worker named glen to whom I had given my car and he had told me that when your car is serviced, I will message or call you and you can take your car. But he did not call or message me, instead he closed the store and went away and when I came here after waiting there, there were three girls here. They were ladies to whom I started telling that I need my car but they did not have manners of talking. They did not even ask me directly that business close business close. Why have you come here, how can I help you. They directly said business close business close and spoke rudely to me.

One year ago I purchased a use Honda CRV and traded-in our old Passport. Transaction was ok except for the over bearing finance guy who tried to up-sell me every possible warranty package they had which would add thousands to the end bill. Please stop just give me the car i don't need your add ons. Some 6 months later I get a call from my Insurance company stating there is a claim on my insurance regarding the car I traded in as Future Honda did not correctly file the paperwork correctly so they towing company and the insurance company are coming after me for damages. I am now being hounded by a collection agency demanding payment for said damages to the tune of 10 calls a day demanding payment. Future Honda didn't properly file the paperwork that i am not having to do. Incompetence for sure. I will never do business with them again and will ensure I let as many people know never to do business with ever. Buyer beware

100 out of five stars if possible. I was called earlier this week to inquire about oil change services and it just so happened I need one. I don't remember her name but she booked me an appointment that fit within my schedule. The great service just didn't stop there. When I arrived I was on a little bit of a time crunch and Chris Bishop and his team did everything in their power to provide exceptional service and get me out on time. Furthermore, he informed me my brakes needed replacing and he explained everything to me thoroughly. I have a future appointment set based on the service that was provided.

They need to learn how to talk to customers. For no reason he start talking so loud and rude . No wonder they have suck a low rating and no one was there beside us and staff . If even the salesman didn't make sale that's ok but be nice. I shouldn't went but now I know where not to go to get your car. To provide context we were there for 20 minutes or so . they didn't have the model that I want and I can test drive . To get car here first test drive they want me buy the car do my credit check and all. I never seen like that . I went to Roseville Honda they treat me so respectful and show me cars and plus guy had knowledge about his stuff .

I recently had a service appointment at Future Honda and was impressed by the experience, particularly with Service Advisor Chris Bishop. Chris was exceptionally prompt and responsive, keeping me updated throughout the process. The wait times were reasonable, and a part I needed arrived much faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Chris accommodated me quickly, letting me drop off my car within an hour of receiving the notification that the part had arrived. One standout feature of Future Honda's service is their use of technology. They send a video and photos of the mechanic's inspection, along with a detailed quote, allowing you to approve or deny each recommended service right from your phone. This is an excellent leap in customer service. It would be even better if they followed up with videos or photos of the completed work for added assurance and peace of mind. Another plus is the complimentary Uber rides to and from the service center, which made the experience even more convenient. One small suggestion for improvement, aside from follow-up videos or photos, would be to ensure that customers' dashcams are not disconnected (or at least reconnected after service), as mine was unplugged and I didn't notice until I was driving. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, Future Honda's Service Department exceeded my expectations, and I rank them as the top Honda service dealer in the Sacramento area, especially compared to my experiences at Roseville and Elk Grove. I'll definitely be returning for future services.

I bought my car there in 2020 so I so I figured going back to them to see how much I could possibly get for a trade in was a good first step. I was very clear about what I was there for but they immediately had my test driving cars. Whatever, I had some extra time. Again, I was clear that I was not going to buy a car that day. They had me sit down, give them my information to do a "soft credit pull". I made sure to ask them at least 2 times if this was going to affect my credit and they assured me it wouldn't. I was hesitant, but they told me it was not a hard pull so I (stupidly) trusted them. Lo and behold, there was a hard check on my credit report a few days later!! Needless to say, the won't be hearing from me again and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Ladies, especially, keep your wits about you and stand firm. And don't be naive like me and give your information when asked to do a credit check unless you are actually ready to commit to buying a car.

Dishonest and will waste your time. My wife and I were assured by 4 different salesmen, Zena, Zachariah, Tareq and Vic (first red flag-multiple touchpoints) that we would get A 2025 CR-V Sport-L under 41k if we came in. When we arrived a few hours later, the one we wanted had magically left the lot (2nd red flag-bait and switch). They showed us a CR-V in a different and we agreed that we'd take it if the price was under 41k. They come back with a higher offer and a tacked on service contract (3rd red flag-long waiting times to wear you down). We politely refused, reminded them of their promise, and Zena says he'll talk to his manager (who, according to a later story left at 4 or 5). More waiting. Comes back with a new piece of paper with a price nowhere near what we'd discussed. "Let me talk to my manager......" Finally comes back and says he can't do a deal because his manager left (I've lost count of the red flags at this point). They made us drive to their store never once intending to actually make a deal. Then, a 5th guy contacts me in the morning (Damion) saying that's not what happened after reading my honest review on Dealerrater.com Some stones, huh? Frustrating and dishonest waste of time. Save yourself the headache.

I've been a Honda owner dating all the way back to 1997 and since that time, I have proudly had 7 different models. Which takes me to "Future Honda" (formerly known as Carmichael Honda even though it is technically in Citrus Heights). Located on the corner of Greenback Lane and Auburn Blvd, this has been one of the few car dealerships that is a standalone without any other dealerships in the area. I also bought a car here (way back in 2002) and had above average service from the salesman at the time. Since I live less than 5 minutes away here, I scheduled my first oil change (at 7,000 miles) on my 2024 Honda Civic Sport. What makes this convenient is that ALL new Hondas include complimentary oil changes for the first 2 years/24,000 miles that can work at ANY Honda dealership nationwide. As far as the scheduling goes, the process is simple and I highly encourage making your appointment through their website. Everything was simple as I made my appointment for Saturday 8/3/2024 at 9:30am. Keep in mind that the service/parts area is more towards the rear of the dealership but it was still very easy to find. When pulling up, I had Siobhan help me while taking all my information down. She asked if I wanted to wait or come back later. Since I live so close, I opted to head home. And best of all, Honda provides complimentary Uber rides (within a certain radius) to for dropoff and pickup. I then get a text alert around 12:15pm to let me know my car is ready. Prior to me picking up my vehicle, I received a summary (via-text message) and website link of any work that needs to be done. The only thing are new cabin/engine air filters (both of which can be purchased OEM at any auto parts store for far less than the dealership markup). They also do all routine maintenance including tire rotation, brake check, and assure everything is in working order. I can't really speak much of the sales at this dealership but I have enough knowledge to tell you that the Future Automotive Group which is one of the top automotive dealers in the greater Sacramento area focus on customer service and value at a reasonable price. Once picking up my vehicle, I can tell how it drove a bit smoother (due to my tires being inflated at the proper PSI). All in all, "Future Honda" was an above average experience and I will continue to do business with them. My rating, four stars.

This shop is absolutely awful. From broken promises, not meeting deadlines and from what others have posted this shop simply doesn't care at all. Don't order anything from here because it'll be delivered at random or they won't fulfill the job at all. Simple things seem to be impossible to them. I don't know if it's incompetence or lack of interest
