Starting to seem like the young men that work here just make stuff up to cause you an inconvenience. Multiple times I’ve been given the run around on a package with an obscure and fake sounding reason as to why they can’t accept it. I started using a different location and have run into no issues whatsoever. My last straw was when they told me I needed to repackage a factory new item the way fedex delivered it to me 3 days prior. Paid the $15 extra for a box from the store and specifically asked him if I needed to redo my label since the weight will be off, he proceeds to say no and assures me it will be fine and today I woke up to a 55$ charge for a incorrect shipping label on that exact order.
I’d recommend avoiding this location till they get it together.

Steven was outstanding at helping me complete my project. He communicated well as I made changes and delivered the project in a timely manner. Really appreciated working with him! Definitely recommend this FedEx location!

My visit to the Citrus Heights store was outstanding because of your "AWESOME" team member, Steven. Steven was professional, knowledgeable, polite, understanding, helpful and positive! Steven sold me a box for one of my two shipments because I didn’t have one and Steven even put my items along with the packing list in the box, closed it and taped the box closed. He put the return labels on each shipment, scanned each label and gave me a receipt showing that I dropped the two shipments off tonight, Thursday, December 14, 2023. Steven was "AWESOME " and he gets a 10++++++ for his Excellent customer service!! Thank you Sincerely, Del Barbray FedEx Office Customer

Somewhat of a Tech Tard, not knowing really what to do, the work force was unbelievable, some guy named Chris, super cool person, went way out of his way to help me get the paperwork needed all printed, was very pleased how I was treated. It couldn’t have been better, I highly refer FedEx at this location

Steven is super unfriendly to customers and I would say unprofessional. He seems to not like his job and also doesn't get along with coworkers, which was obvious the several times I've been in. He has no personality. No smile, no greeting, no 'thank you for your business', etc. Basic customer service skills. Need to put someone else at the front desk, as the face of FedEx. It's not that difficult to greet customers in a friendly manner. He's done this several times now, so it's not just him having a bad day. The ladies are so much more pleasant to work with. They are helpful, professional, courteous & friendly to their customers.

Great customer service at this branch. I was printing out a mailing label but had to go to USPS instead of FedEx. Not only did the employees give me the best envelope for the job they also taped the label on the package for me. Thank you for being so helpful! True Fan

We were visiting the area due to a death in the family. Each of us took some pieces from the house of the family member that passed. We took two stained glass lamps - i.e. very fragile. They are antique and very special to us. The staff at this location did an AMAZING job at packaging these. We were so worried about them but they arrived completely unscathed! We are so thankful for this staff that took such great care in getting these to us!
