Great facility for fast easy printing. Make sure you read the signs, ended up paying almost 5 for a bunch of blank pages because I put the original in the tray upside down. My fault!

I went to this FedEx facility to get a custom-made box for an oddly shaped object, that I was shipping. and Victor was so very helpful. He accommodated my request, even though I chose to ship it through my work for a discount. Of course, he charged for the custom box and packing materials, but it was quite reasonable. Great customer service!

Steven is super unfriendly to customers and I would say unprofessional. He seems to not like his job and also doesn't get along with coworkers, which was obvious the several times I've been in. He has no personality. No smile, no greeting, no 'thank you for your business', etc. Basic customer service skills. Need to put someone else at the front desk, as the face of FedEx. It's not that difficult to greet customers in a friendly manner. He's done this several times now, so it's not just him having a bad day. The ladies are so much more pleasant to work with. They are helpful, professional, courteous & friendly to their customers.

Tucked into a small strip mall near sunrise mall. There is a vape shop and subway near it.Once inside it's your basic FedEx and copy store. They just had a QR code scan and printer installed.It can be slow going in there as in not many employees and their not in a hurry.Used mostly for business returns.Nothing super exciting, just average.

Customer service is a joke. Saw me coming and went on her little phone device without greeting me or letting me know what was going on. Scanned my packages without saying anything, just looking at me with a stank face. Only asked for my phone number but then interrupted me as I was giving it to her to help a kid. Okay Karen I hate customer service jobs too but that's why I got a DIFFERENT job :) not my problem you couldn't find a babysitter for your kid and had to bring him to work. Maybe try being nice to people and you'll get sympathy.

Excellent help from the staff there. New printing machines for those of us who don't own a printer. Staff tutored me through their new touch screen system. Staff assistance can make or break a customer experience and this location has great staff.

I was needing a large pile of papers copied. I was having difficulty in understanding how this self service way of making copies. You have to have their card then load it with money and then go to the copy machine that clearly was confusing since you had to see commercials to start a machine to make copies. Victor a great employee noticed I was lost and did his best to explain to me how to start. He was helping 3 customers at the same time wanting to make copies. He decided to just have me meet him at the service desk to make copies. It costs more but I'm ok with that if it simplifies things for me. I waited while he finished with the 2 customers that were ahead of me. He finally got to me made my copies paid for the great service done by Victor. I understand business needs to keep costs low by going automated self service but if customers have to waste 10 minutes to figure out how everything works, no thanks. I like being helped by staff which knows how to use your machines. I am willing to pay for the extra costs of getting great service that Victor and his co-worker provided that busy evening he gave. I told Victor I would write a review about his store and service he provided. Thanks again for the great customer service Victor.
