I love this office. The staff work hard to accommodate you at every level and the doctor has always been courteous and consistent. I feel that my dog is in very good hands and I trust them fully with my dogs care.

This place although recommended by many around where we reside. They seemed nice and friendly enough . I however do not have credit , I do not have extra money , I can't at this time afford pet insurance . Those are my flawed but serious issues. My family and I make it but I mean barely make it . We help in our community . We support our fellow Americans . Stand for what's right , doing so with mostly smiles and friendly faces (despite the economical dramas and stresses in our immediate lives. My dog is a member of our family and is treated as such. When he clearly had an issue with his front ankle and it became as big as a balloon we started trying to find a place to see him. Then he started to lose weight and clearly was not eating enough . Not because he didn't have any but he just didn't want to eat . Bear is a 225 pound very big and friendly handsome German Rottweiler, finally I waited on the phone for what had to be close to an hour ( I know they are very busy ) . It didn't bother me because not one other vet around us would even let us make an appointment and none would accept any emergency situation. So after waiting . I finally had a person that would set an appointment for God 4 days afterward and I did explain our urgency . Besides the point . We make it to the appointment . He was carried in by two guys and we go to a room. A Dr. Enters and kneels down orders two X-rays . Then leaves the room and the whoever told me I had no choice but to pay today for them or they would not see him. I had no 600 dollars to pay for X-rays . No diagnoses was even performed . I was prepared to make reasonable payments on whatever the cost was to get paid for our family member. However they were not ready to allow this and instead asked me to pay a standard visit fee of 51.50 . I payed and took Bear home . I'm sure after being in the field I could see how the heart is lost to the times . I dislike that I live in poverty . My girlfriend and I work everyday to barely pay rent in a place we have resided for over a decade. Then somehow buy buy gasoline and pay for utilities . Then (even though this "then" takes precedence sometimes*) we feed ourselves ,our dogs and the children . We can squeeze whatever the cost to save a family member (or even anyone we may not know but circumstances call for and we could accommodate) life or well- being over time but a lump sum as such is not possible at all . What can a person do ? So for me, it seems like the world has givin up not only on its neighbors and citizens but would rather see misfortune than to take a chance possibly maybe even a loss ( not so in my case ) to help people or animals to live and be well . The amount of ways that are more than legal and damn right logical to get around having to backdoor an emergency situation are in the many. In the many for a business to accommodate this type of situation as to not have profit margins fly away . Still keep an intact heart for fellow world mates and do good for what's right in our society our neighborhoods . WE , We are saddened that this is what we should have expected in the first place, by the standards we have been living by... Thank you . Thank you so so very much. I was raised in the belief to help one another (have heart). Taking into consideration that a place like this could of been more helpful for as to not push away the less fortunate . Well, this it what they insinuate - I.E -is that, we - us - our pets . No life on earth is meaningful enough to care about or take time, for to care at all, and/ or be good to any one for goodness sake. Unless it can maintain the directive of ,money , money , money . It means nothing . I am thanking them for doing what the world wants them to do. At the same time I would like for them to open their eyes to a perceptive place in which ':we all do matter:' when we can make others matter , Life is beautiful ... To what are we generating to future generations ? Have a good day .

I've been bringing my boy to this Vet clinic for 8+ years. The Vets and staff are wonderful, friendly, and accommodating when it comes to my super anxious dog. He's not keen on going new places or meeting new people, especially men, but they do their best here to go slow, be patient, and make my boy feel at home (you can see how nervous he is in the exam room pic). The prices are great and they can usually get us in within a day or 2, instead of weeks at most other nearby clinics. We drive 20+ miles just to continue our Veterinary care with this office. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Our last visit was on 10/17/23. They had this large Halloween photo backdrop in the lobby for clients to take photos of their pets with. Cute idea and got a fabulous pic!

Best price in town and took really good care of my Buttercup. Plus, they have a Keurig and filtered water machine which was bonus.

I had been looking for a new Vet and my dog laid on a cactus flower and we couldn't it all out so I called they had an appointment the next day. They had to sedate him but they where able to get all the spines out. Everyone treated us like we had been coming for years. I plan the make them my regular Vet. I like that they have a pharmacy you can order from.

Dr. Sidhu ad Dr. Bash are wonderful, and their techs and staff are fantastic! We've been taking our kittens to them for shots and neutering. Their prices are much more reasonable than the vet near us in Fair Oaks, and they're just as professional and caring. We realized on a Saturday afternoon that our ancient cat with hyper-thyroidism needed help to reach a peaceful end. They stayed late to help us and everyone was so kind. We weren't rushed at all, even though we ended up keeping them past their closing time. A couple of years ago, our local vet arm-twisted us to keep our very old Sheltie alive for a few months longer, even though it was clearly his time, of course draining our wallets along the way. Dr. Bash recognized that it was time for Lucy, and she did the right thing for her. Thanks to all of you at Family Friends.

First time taking my cat here and was recommended by my Fiancee. The facility were clean and tidy. All the workers there were pleasant and welcoming. The vet that checked out my cat was very informative and give clear directions on what will happen next. They give you option and pricing to see what you can afford to do before moving forward with any procedures. They do not want you to pay for anything without consent.I love the transparency and communication is key with this business. Definitely a keeper for long term care.

Family and Friends Vet took such good care of my beloved Maxie yesterday. Dr Singh, Hannah, Spencer, and the front desk. I so appreciate the love you gave my girl. You truly care about the pets you treat. Always grateful. And you also took care to get our Titus his microchip. Very thankful.

Always take my pets here and always satisfied thus far. Theyre a team led by a middle eastern descent American nationalized co partnership. It is one of the very most best professionally handled appointment only hospital in the world. Receptionists are talkative and caring and everyone is positive honest and kind at this hospital. They employ interns into the field of vetinary care while saving your pets lives. Excellent! All the staff is always helpful and compassionate. Thank you for lancing Feisty, her ear is swiftly improving and her overall health as well.

They sure enough did found time for me to take my dog in treated her with exceptional care. They even have a laser machine to treat her arthritis. And it's a very affordable place staff and the doctor were very nice and did a very good job. I'm very pleased with this place I will be returning

What an amazing staff and doctor! They were wonderful, kind, and caring. The office was very busy which I thought was a great sign of great service. The wait time was not long at all and while you waited the staff interacted with everyone. The actual doctor did a follow up call when the blood work results came back. Poppie and I have found a new veterinary for sure! Thank you for a wonderful experience ❤️

I have taken my dog to this vet for a few years now and I previously thought they were great because they have reasonable rates, friendly support staff, and they schedule appointments promptly. Their wait time in the lobby is often long but I figured it's not a big deal. However, my dog had a recent surgery to remove 2 benign growths (2 cm & 1 cm) and it was terrible, I will not go back! The Vet made me think this would be a very minor surgery but it was not! The incisions were very large at 7 cm & 10 cm, I was not prepared for that. One of the incisions was on her neck so she could not wear a cone during recovery. They recommended I go to PetSmart to buy an inflatable donut for her neck which I did immediately. The inflatable donut rubbed on her incisions and made her scabs bleed. The donut tore one of her staples on her neck and was bleeding for a few hours. I left a message for the Vet on Sunday afternoon advising we were having an emergency. Luckily, I was able to find an emergency vet hospital for advice. I figured I wouldn't be able to reach our Vet until Monday but still no one called me back at all, ever. I had to watch my dog 24/7 during her recovery for more than 2 weeks because she could not wear a donut or cone to prevent her scratching the healing incisions. I wish I never let them do this $800 surgery. In summary, they are fine for routine vaccinations and check ups but do not take your dog here for surgery.

During Covid my cat became ill. I hadn’t lived in the area very long. I hadn’t established a veterinarian yet. I called 5 vets in the area. None were willing to see my cat. They were not excepting new patients. I got an appointment that very morning At Family Friends Veterinary Hospital. Everyone there was very nice and knowledgeable. The follow up was great, they seem to really care. Now I take all my animals to Family Friends Veterinary Hospital.

I'm so pleased with my experiences with Family Friends Vet Hospital. My most recent visit for my kitty was no exception. I was able to book an appointment quickly for his painful dermatitis. The staff were prompt and friendly and the vet tech listened to all my concerns. The doctor saw my kitty quickly, diagnosed the issue and administered treatment and we were on our way. It is apparent how much the doctor and staff love animals and I felt completely comfortable with how they treated my fur baby. I also appreciated the doctor's conservative approach to treatment and didn't jump to expensive testing that isn't needed quite yet, if at all. I'm very happy with their care and will continue to trust them with the health of my kitties.

We have been using Family Friends vet services for over 15 years. Dr. Brar is warm and welcoming and our pup Obi loves him along with his team of nurses! I have recommended them to friends and everyone has shared the same great experiences that we have had.
